the only problem i had was that the hot water ran out really quick, an took long to warm up again.

Dirty corridoors leading to rooms. The rooms were a bit "tired" and could do with a re-furb. Over all not a bad stay and was value for money.

Value for moneyI wasn't impressed with this venue - i stayed overnight and whilst the customer service couldn't be faulted the apartment could. At one stage this apartment was up to par however now not so much the carpet had frayed and was stained. Little thing such as chipped paint work, no door stoppers, no oven tray, no blinds just curtains which would have been fine except the apartment I had was overlooking a main road opposite Birmingham Rag Market In order to get some privacy curtains had to be drawn and the light put on. I think that value for money was missing from this stay and I would not stay again unless the price is halved and then it would be under serious consideration.

Perfect for what I needed!I was travelling alone to Birmingham but meeting some colleagues who were working at the NEC. I wanted to stay somewhere central rather than out at the NEC with them so I chose Premier Apartments. The location was excellent. It was only a short walk to the Bullring Shopping Centre and the New Street Station (to get train to airport/NEC). It was really convenient. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Top marks to them for making me feel so welcome.

A Satisfied Customer in an unfamiliar CityI was pleased with the hotel room which was clean and spacious an met all my limited requirements. The reception staff were pleasant and extremely helpful. Overall I judged itto be good value for money. For your information Castle Douglas is in Dumfries and Galloway (Scotland)!

Not impressedValue for money and an ideal location to go out to the bars and clubs, yes.... Quality, definitely not... Hallways may have been clean, but the carpets were in a very poor condition (gave bad first impression!!!) and appartment appeared to be very clean, but did not smell very nice (we are non smokers and could most definitely tell that the previous occupant most definitely was!!).... Must must must prebook your parking early as there's only about 10 spaces!!!

Generally you get what you pay for, and on the whole the appartment was good. But the boiler only holds enough hot water for one person to shower, then you have to wait an hour for it to re-heat. Also the boiler smelt really strongly of gas, had to keep the windows open! And the electricity kept popping!

A very good place to stay! Defiantly be going back again and again. For the same price as a hotel and you get a apartment, cant get better than that.

The accomodation itself was very good, and situated really centrally. The staff were friendly and everything worked. The only thing wrong was that the lounge area smelt stronly of cigarettes, and the sofa was a bit shabby. For the purpose we needed it for, a base for shopping and clubbing, it was great!

it was so much better than a hotel - superb location for Birmingham, close to restruants and theatre and lots of space to relax - like having a suite rather than just a small room. I could cook, use take aways or eat out very easily - everything was right on the doorstep. Car parking felt very safe and secure too. An excellent place to stay - will definately be back.

Bowled over with appartment, incredibly central, very large accommodation, pretty high standard of decor, bathroom was a little worn only. Egyptian cotton sheets on bed, comfy lounge area, well equiped and appointed kitchen. Really was a home from home. Will use again and again and recommend to friends and family. Thank you.

Clean and comfortable. You could see that the flat had been used several times before as some of the decor looked worn. But it was great value for money.
