A very quite hotel which is very close to Dublin Airport, so I was very pleasantly surprised with the very low noise level.

Friendly and AccomodatingWe arrived much earlier than anticipated in Dublin and found our way to the Premier Inn hoping we could get a room (it was 6:30 in the morning). Even though the Inn was not expecting an early booking/arrival from us, they found a room and let us have it without charging extra. The staff was very friendly and we were very grateful for their willingness to accomodate us.

We had a quiet evening before our departure the next day. The breakfast wasn't bad, but to be honest I was tired of big breakfasts after our week in Ireland and ate very little of it.I was a little worried about our experience based on some of the reviews I read, but I found the Premier Inn to be quiet, plenty of hot water and easy to get to.

The staff were quite pleasant and helpful in giving us information.

Only stayed for a night, good service and clean spacey room.

My girlfriend and I have stayed at the hotel many times but were gravely disappointed by our last visit. The food was disappointing and there was a lack of interest shown by the staff member on duty at the front desk when she heard we had an unpleasent stay. My girlfriend and I ate at the hotel, as we had many many times before, but this time we was ill.

The staff were so professional and helpful. The hotel was easy to get to as there was a free shuttle bus. We ate there both evenings, the service was excellent - food a bit mediocre the second night. Breakfast was excellent though. We needed an extra mug and towels and also help with the computer in the lobby, both times we asked for help at the desk it was provided promptly and professionally. I would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is less than 5 minutes from Airport and easy to find. The accommodation is clean and comfortable. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Only are in need of attention is the food and dining - uninspiring menu and not great value for money. Nevertheless, I have no hesitation in both recommending it and staying there again myself.

Hotel itself was quite good. Expensive for what it is, and quite basic. Snotty attitude of the Polish (although she said she was Lithuanian) receptionist left alot to be desired. My advice would be to get a B&B closer to Dublin town which will save in bus/taxi fares and also on the room rates.

The hotel was great - I WAS WORRIED ABOUT STAYING AT AN AIRPORT HOTEL - NOT AT ALL NOISY - I DIDN'T HEAR ONE AIRPLANE! Great tip - if you're visiting Dublin stay here, take their free shuttle bus to the airport and bus it to the city!

the restaurant is unable to provide a meal that is (i) hot, (ii) satisfactory (ii) reasonable value for money

The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. The room was excellent and comfortable. The food was horrible and expensive. The price was a bit too much for a week night. But, I guess convenience has it's price being so close to the airport.

I would just like to say that Premier Inn has the most comfortable beds in the universe!! only wish we could have stayed longer!! like sleeping in a cloud!!

1) Before leaving we were not given sufficient information as to how to get the shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel, so were unable to take advantage of that facility.2) We found the PI's catering system very inflexible. There was no way of our acquiring a snack mid morning having arrived from a very early flight. Breakfast by 10.00am on 1 January seemed unreasonably early. 3) Also, it seemed unecessary for the TV to be turned off and replaced by canned Christmas music at a set time during breakfast each day. In fact much seemed to be done for the comfort of the staff rather than the customer.4) On one day our room was not cleaned at all, the bed left unmade, and our cups washed in the bathroom sink (although this may have been due to a failure of communication on my part with the cleaner!).5) On two evenings we found our food unappetising - the fish batter was soggy and the chips hard and greasy as though they'd been cooked much earlier. When the waitress asked us how we found our meal and we answered honestly, she merely replied \"sorry\".6) We had to ask twice before someone came and fixed the volume on our TV. On New Year's Eve, we had to strain to hear it. 7) On the plus side, one of the desk staff (Grazville) was extremely pleasant and helped me to make overseas calls to sort out an urgent problem that had arisen just before I left.8) We have enjoyed our stays with Premier Travel Inn at various locations and have returned on several occasions in the past. However, we will be looking to use another company for our next trip.

Restaurant was very poor... Continental breakfast?? I didin't see a croisant in 5 days! They were short in stock for everything and the choice was very poor. One of the managers was very unfriendly and didn't let us feed the baby in the lobby. We weren't allowed in the restaurant either as there was dinner booked for 40! - no sign of the 40 for half an hour (the restaurant was empty) and no sign of having to book beforehand! Some of the other staff was very kind and helpful. Rooms were very big and spacious. At least was one of the few hotels open for Christmas day.

Excellent hotel, quiet location, nice rooms, very helpful staff. Hotel just 10 minute walk from the village of Swords and the Pavillion shopping mall. Swords has plenty of pubs and restaurants, very friendly place.

Clean, modern, pleasant hotel which was very convenient for the airport and much better value than one I used in the city centre. It wouldn't be much use for sightseeing, and it is a bit impersonal, but ideal for a night en route.
