This was one of the worst nights of sleep I've ever had. The bed, which was only a double instead of the reserved queen, felt like a cinderblock. A foam pad had been added to it to attempt and make it better -- but it didn't help. We had slept on a floor a few weeks earlier when visiting family and the floor at least had more space. Both my husband and I were up at 3 am because we were so uncomfortable. We finally gave up and moved to the couch where we got a rough nights rest. To top it off, the place felt dirty and needed serious updating. We decided to leave after the first night, despite the fact that we'd paid for two. When we told the woman at the check out desk about out experience, she literally said nothing. She stared at us as if we were a nuisance, so we finally said goodbye and she simply said "Thank you." So in short: Reservations were not met (wrong bed size -- a double is hard to fit when one of you is 6'4" tall), place felt unclean, and the bed was rock hard, the staff was rude -- and after emailing the company we've still heard nothing back. I would never recommend staying at this place -- no matter what the price.

The room was clean and there was plenty of room. There was no air conditioning available and the tempeture was very warm. There were fans in the room that helped a little.

We were able to cook our own meals in the kitchen that the condo had. This saved us a lot of money being able to make our own meals and not spending it all on eating out. With the extra money we saved we were able to do fun and enjoyable activities in the park city area.

Suburban location right off interstate. Need a car to really get around. Shuttle would be too limiting for this location . Condo is near shuttle route but requires a fair walk. Condo was clean & comfortable and well furnished. Downside is the property management- seriously lacked informed staff. Maid service is included for a one week stay which consisted of a 1 time mid week linen change & trash- no cleaning at all. Found that disappointing. Easy location to get around and convenient to shopping & the 3 ski main ski resorts. Also disappointed that the balcony was piled high with snow and not cleared for our arrival. Nice view and would have stepped out onto the balcony otherwise. We would return to Powderwood again despite some small issues.

First of all when we checked in, they had no record of our "Orbitz" online booking. But the gentleman got a room for us promptly. It was at a resort a few miles down the road. When we discovered the empty pool and the unmade room - we called and he'd already left for the day. We called the after hours #. Luckily the property management Co. owned 3 properties and after our call of complaint (pool, room not made up) The after hours staff were able to put us in a completely different location (Silver Lake)which was amazing, clean and beautiful. It had a wonderful pool/jacuzzi. So we enjoyed our stay there, very much. Bottom line - I give the customer service an excellent rating. Because I think being willing to fix the problem is more important than the problem itself.

Homely feeling. Had to drive in town to pick up/drop off key. This rental was nice for families that want a home away from home. However, the company had no check-in desk at the resort during the 4th of July holiday. We had to drive out of our way into town to check in and returned the keys back to that office in the morning before we left. Not very convenient for us.

I would stay here again. The rooms were clean,good location-right next to the outlet mall.Good value in the off season. Nice pool but a little chilly. Paved trail behind the building. Liked the balcony and view.

Not a resort - it is an apartment complex. It is not a four star property - it is old and has limited "resort" services. Pool was closed and work out room consists of four machines. Room was clean and fully furnished but it felt like an older apartment rather than a luxurious hotel room.

Good location to outlets, spacious, accommodating families. Having to go across town to check in, didn't know that until arriving at the resort. Liked the room. Big enough for my family. Close to outlet malls. Would have liked a bigger TV. In the master bedroom though. Overall family really enjoyed the condo.

This place has/had promise, but the hair that was everywhere and the general unclean conditions were not good. There were items on the balconey that should have been in a trash dumpster, the bathrooms were not clean or cleaned by the staff for that matter and the font door did not lock very well. The sofa and love seat were very worn and the place had a strange smell. I went to Smith's and bought bathroom cleaner, Fabreze, and Clorox wipes. Would not consider staying here again.

We went up there to get away and have some fun shopping. The low price made it easier to do shopping which is located just across the road. It was a great time.

Good location. Quiet atmosphere. Has not been updated since built (probably 1970's). Had to hunt place to check-in. Very dark depressing atmosphere.

We were close to factory stores, it had a nice pool, and We were in the beautiful mountians. We will try getting reservations next year again!

The condo was great! It was right next to the Tanger outlets. Also, it had everything we could find in our own house. Washer/dryer, dishwasher,fridge, plates, bowls, cups, silverware, measuring cups, etc. The pool was closed, and I had to ask for a key to the Crestview pool, which is just down the street. The tennis courts were in decent condition. One of things I didn't like was the lack of information. When I checked in, they gave me a map and my keys and let me go. They didn't tell me when check out was and nothing about the pool being closed, or what was expected upon checking out: did we have to wash the dishes, do the laundry, etc. My Orbitz confirmation sheet said that check out was at 10, so we packed up and went to check out around 9:45, but the doors were locked, so I called the "emergency" number and they said check outs weren't until 11:00 am. One other thing is that on thier website, the clubhouse shows that there is a pool table, but there wasn't one when we went there. We were relaxed and enjoyed our stay.

Plenty of space for families and full kitchen. A little hard to find room. Stayed with several children, had plenty of sleeping space, wonderful beds in this particular condominium. Kitchen would be fantastic for extended stay. Our condo had fantastic beds, very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Great location, but the pool was closed and there wasn't a loft. I didn't expect for the place to be new but it was quite outdated. I would recommend spending a couple of dollars more and going somewhere else.

I liked the fact that it was so close to the outlets but that is just about it. It didn't feel comfortable when my husband and I walked in. The bed was uncomfortable that we couldn't sleep all night long I won't go back. Well it was pretty easy to find that was one good thing about this place. But ecv everything after that was horrible. We didn't feel comfortable or relaxed when we walked in, the bed was to hard and bumpy that my husband and I couldn't sleep all night and for me being pregnant sleep is very important. We will not be going back there again.

We booked a condo for two nights at Powderwood, but for some reason at check in they had booked us at Crestview which is right next door to Powderwood. We were happy with the condo and got a great price. The only downer was when we went to look out the windows and found that all the windows and the deck were covered with plastic. They were in the process of painting the entire building. So we could not go onto the deck or even look out any window! Not a huge deal as we spent most of our time out of the condo anyway, but we should have at least been informed of this at check in.
