This is a modern three storey building predominantly in slate grey and Cream concrete.

There is a swimming pool at the rear of the building.

A medium sized lobby with some seating and a large staircase leading to the first floor. There is access to the swimming pool from the rear lobby doors.

The one bedroom suites are above average in size and very nicely furnished. The kitchen, dining room and lounge are in one room and the second room contains the bedroom with bathroom ensuite. There is a good kitchen area and facilities include; hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave and utensils. A dining table for four persons and a lounge with sofa and easy chairs. As well as Television with cable channels there is also a stereo system. The furniture is in a wood finish and the bedspreads and curtains are in matching tones of brown and gold. The suites all have excellent sea views over the attractive port area. All suites have balconies.

There is no restaurant on site. A hot and cold breakfast service is available and is delivered to the room.
