THIS WAS A NICE HOTEL, IT WAS VERY ROOMY AND CLEAN. VERY CLOSE TO KNOTT'S AND MEDIEVAL TIMES WHICH MADE IT VERY CONVENIENT PLACE TO STAY AT. WOULD LOVE TO GO BACK!!

We arrived at the hotel 2 hours prior to check in time and were worried we'd have to wait for 2 hours. But the front desk person let me check in early and was very friendly. The room seemed like it was newly renovated, carpet smelled fresh, and room was clean. I got a call from the front desk asking me if everything was okay which was pretty refreshing to see. Overall, We had a good experience at this hotel and was good value for the buck. Good place if you are looking for cheap, clean and safe accommodation.

this hotel would be a last resort, if we could not find any other place to stay. there was not even a clock in the room and no other kind of even small extras around. i would not recommend this place for a family stay. i also had trouble even getting some extra towels for the shower.

There was nothing good about my stay. The room was dirty, had a weird odor, wet carpet by the refrigerator, electrical problems, as outlet was burnt out. Biggest issue was the overwhelming amount of ants in the bathroom. When I went to open the water in the shower.... hundreds of ants came spewing out along with the water. There is no reason why any room should have all these issues. I manage a hotel in vegas.....and there is no way I would ever rent out a room with safety concerns (burnt electrical outlet)or a bug issue. Please get these issues resolved before another guest has to experience what we did. I did mention these concerns to the front desk upon departure, but all that was said was that it should have been reported by the housekeeper. It was not until I mentioned I worked in a hotel...that I was told they were sorry.

This motel is a joke. They did not have my reservation so check-in was very slow. Initially, the agent did not offer a solution. She instead stared at me blankly and just told me she did not have my reservation (despite having my Orbitz confirmation. That's when I told her to call Orbitz. Eventually, she checked us in. The room was very old and dirty. The bathroom had mold and was missing the tub drain plug. There were ants throughout the whole room. The TV sat upon a giant piece of cardboard in the media cabinet. The beds were horribly uncomfortable and the AC was very loud. We found old food on the floor, near the edge of one of the beds. The pool was more like a deep spa. It was extremely small. The location was supposed to be within walking distance of Knotts Berry Farm and Medieval Times. I guess technically it would be but I would not attempt it under most circumstances. Check out was easy but the lobby smelled bad. I would not recommend this motel. Pay a little more and stay closer to the area's main attractions.
