I was travelling with my two young adult daughters and we stayed in a triple room. The beds were great, we each had our own, I had a king, the girls each had a single. The bathroom was clean and hot water was plentiful. Beds made and towels changed every day for us. The front desk staff was very good and they were great in giving us information. We really liked the contemporary design of this hotel. Our only concern with this hotel was it's location at the time we were there. We were there in early August and most of the restaraunts nearby were closed. The first night when we had just arrived, we had to walk a very long way to find one that was open. It seemed quite deserted around there and it was surprising to not find one open at 8 pm in the evening close by. It was very helpful to have a 24 hour gas/food store just down across the street so that we could get drinks and water. The location was good and close to the Metro. When we finally got the Metro figured out, it was quite easy to get to all the major sites. I think the price was realtively good for Paris considering the quality of the premises. I would recommend this place to others.

This hotel was pretty clean and not too far from public transportation, but there were quite a few bugs in the rooms and in the public areas, maybe because of the heat. Watch out for hidden charges! Everything costs extra - and the service of the people who work there isn't good at all. They are abrupt and rude and very discourteous. The rooms are extremely small but liveable, but the service and the extra charges would keep me from recommending this place or staying here again.

I stayed 3 nights in this hotel and it was great. Rooms were very clean, no noise from other rooms, the street the hotel is on is beautiful. The decor needs a special mention. It's a strange (but very funky) mix of reds, greys and blacks. Very modern, very well done. If (when) I go back to Paris, I'll stay here without doubt.

Room is very clean, the decoration is modern, nice flat TV screen. Single room is small, in particular the bathroom, but the bed was big and confortable, which is the more important. At 59 Euro the night it is a very good price/quality ratio for Paris, but the breakfast is too expensive.

This hotel is absolutely wonderful. A beautiful triple room was only 90 euro and had air conditioning! The modern decoration was simple, clean, and much nicer then any other hotel I've stayed in (in Europe). Clean carpets, new bedding, and a clean bathroom. The staff was extremely nice and eager to answer any question that I had (in English or French). They even helped me unscrew the pipes when I lost my earring down the drain - that's service. They also provided maps of Paris and directions. 11 euros was a little steep for breakfast, but the "buffet" was a nice change from what we had been eating elsewhere. And you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee in the Zen garden courtyard. The T line and bus stops are right out front and the Balard metro is only 2 blocks away. Do not hesitite to book a room with this hotel, I would absolutely go back.

It was a most pleasant stay. The hotel is a real value for money, not only with the property, but also with the service provided.

the hotel is more than i expected. nice rooms, reasonable prices and quite convenient transport. a number of restaurants, post office and supermarkets are also found around. as there are some renovation going on when i stayed there, the exterior surroundings were not so good. but overall, it's a brilliant experience there. would recommend to friends.

The hotel is Situated far from the city center and have to change 2 trains to reach any place. The Hotel was clean but difficult to find as the photograph on the site is of the Porte De Versalis exhibhition center rather than the hotel itself. The hotel is undergoing renovation so no elevators, also the rooms are are clean but bathrooms are small and inconvinent. The staff is helpful and speak good english and go out of their way to help.

When I arrived at the hotel that I reserved through your website, I was told at the front desk that did not have my room ready because they had not finished remodeling the room. They then sent me to another hotel, which took over an hour to get to because of the terrible directions he gave me to get there.

Me and my wife(age 30) enjoyed our stay in Porte De Versailles (room 122)in April. Excellent quality/price ratio. We didn't take breakfast (11Euro/pp is too expensive. Outside you have many cafe, restorants and boulangeries). Minuses: 1)room is very small; 2) There are construction works along the Viktor blvd so you can be disturbed by this fact.

The stuff at this hotel was really helpfull and welcoming. Although it turned out at the end of our stay that the price does not include the breakfast. You can find nice restaurants at the surroundings. If I have a chance I would mind to stay at this hotel again.

Really nice and clear place - only rooms are tiny, but well - it's a budget hotel... Good communication - both bus and underground in close proximity. Generally speaking - I can really recommend it.

The guy at counter did not tell me that the breakfast is not included, so I payed 11 Euro for the breakfast the next day. The room was pretty small but with a very clean bath room and the bed is comfortable. It is close to metro station but took me a while to locate the hotel.
