Description:
Small cosy lodge set near the entrance to Poas Volcano National Park. We have clean comfortable rooms to rent with private bathrooms and hot water. All rooms have excellent views over the central valley. We pride ourselves on providing personal attention and small touches like fresh flowers in all rooms. The accommodations offer the best value for money in the area. We have a friendly, multilingual staff willing to assist. Free wireless in the lobby. This is the ideal location for getting an early start for seeing the crater at Poas Volcano. Did you know? Most people do not get to see the crater because they arrive too late.
Getting to the Hotel:
Follow the road from Alajuela downtown, past the court buildings in the direction of Poas Volcano. At the t-junction opposite Jaulares restaurant turn right and follow the road for 7 kilometers. Poas Lodge is on the left of the road 5 kilometers before the entrance to Poas Volcano National Park.
