i found room dirty over priced and would not stay there again noisy. they love to add on to your credit card as well do not stay at pleasant mountain inn if you want a clean room and service

This is not or first stay at Pleasent mountain in Bridgton . I'm from Bridgton. my family lives there. I stayed in the the suite number 8 we found the room nasty. The floors had not been sweep in some time. It stunk when we entered the room. The bed room door knob was falling off. The living room rug had bugs on it .It had not been cleaned in some time. The bathroom had piss on the wall yek.The pillows were so hard, we used none .And if it got hot in the back room we found the ac would not cool the room. The couch was a fold out and not comfortable very very old. The light bulbs was out in the living room. We had half roll of tissue when we arrived. Went down and complained ,out three people could use a roll in no time they left one. Told them about the knob it was not fixed. Light bulb was replaced with huge light bulbs. The room was not cleaned the whole time in 4 dayS OF OUR VISIT. My daughter dropped popcorn on rug it was there when we left. I did my own dishes, each day . Plants was so dusty you could grow real ones from them.Over all the suite they charged us over 1.000 for this room. I requested room in back they said it was not big enough . I looked in windows one day it was plenty big enough for our family . There was traffic all night long. It was hard to sleep with traffic from the dinning hall party room and highway.If that don't do it. I came home and two days later received a letter they said my husband was smoking in room .He went out back most of the time or out front yes my husband smokes but out side. They charged us 100 on my credit card. If your traveling to Bridgtom Maine do not stay at the hotel its a dive.THIS IS OUR LAST VISIT THEY LOST A WHO VISIT MAINE EVERY YEAR.......
