Very good hotel with convenient location and nice staff. Limited room space is the main inconvenient (some rooms have adequate space).

Palza Tour Eiffel is a great hotel for pleasure or business. The rooms are a bit on the small side but the beds are very comfortable and the place is not on a main street so no traffic noise. Close to Metro Stop and good restaurants. Very close to Eiffel which is a good place to start any walk in Paris. I would stay here again.

We were very impressed with the hotel from the moment we walked up to the door. We were greeted by Daniel who helped with our bags and introduced us to the staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Not speaking French we were a little worried but we had no problems. The hotel itself is very nice. A real boutique hotel, very calming colors with touches of bright accessories. Well designed. We can't say enough on how great our stay was there. Also a very good location. Great cafes near by and an awesome bakery right next door. We would definitely stay there again!!!!!

Excellent hotel however the only problem which let this hotel down was the "Triple" room. When booking a triple room (for 3 adults)I expected a room with 3 proper beds, not a twin room with a camp bed put in which is what I got. This meant the room was not only cramped but did not represent good value for money - the rate was pro-rata for 3 beds! Everything else was great, especially the staff, you won't get better!

The stay was great. We started driving from Germany to Paris, but our car broke down midway. We took the train to Paris and the cabby had no idea where the hotel was located even after I gave him the mapquest driving directions. The hotel staff was extremely helpful assisting us. The weather was rainy and they had spare umbrellas if needed. The rooms were cozy but larger than expected for Paris and extremely clean. The bathroom was decent sized; however, the showerhead was odd and short for my husband (he's 6'2"). All in all, I would definitely go there again for great location and service.

Everything was great with the exception of the telephone. They charge you a fee whether you call direct or use a calling card from the room. They should let guest know this before trying to dail out.
