We stayed in the apartments that are 300 meters away from the hotel. It's still in center, but there is no phone and the rooms are not being cleaned everyday. Anyway, great solution if you need to invite somebody in your room as they are located in a separate building and you there is full furnished kitchen.

Very difficult way to reach hotel. Need to take a small street not to well indicated. Why don't put any helpful insigna on the street?

Excellent hotel, we got a great price through hotelscombined.com and had a huge room with lounge and balcony. It was right on Plaza Nueva which was great, but also had a bad aspect. Was great due to the fact that we were right in the thick of things and so close to the alhambra and great restaurants and tapas bars. It was bad in the sense that there was no parking and attempting to access the area around Plaza Nueva is very difficult with lots of restrictions. So parking is an extra fee. Overall would highly recommend this place!!

Four of us stayed in the apartments about 2 blocks away from the main hotel. It's right in the middle of everything. There was 1 room with a queen bed and two comfortable sofa beds in the living room. Great food within walking distance. Half a block from the main strip and right next door to parking (20euro/day). Apartment was huge and surprisingly quiet given it's central location. The staff at the reception couldn't have been any more friendly or helpful. The airline lost one of our bags and the people at the hotel did everything they could to help. It was a bargain and I would definitely stay there again.

Nice comfortable hotel in the very centrum of Granada, next to the Alhambra and Albazyn. The only fault was the price of the parking, 18 euro a night, too expensive. Staff was not so friendly, but at the end they did their work. I would go back to the Plaza Nueva.

Apartment was 5 minutes away dragging cases through the street and not the 100 yards advertised. Quite noisy but good central location and clean. Fold down sofa beds may have been used by the inquisition as part of their torture equipment!

We chose this hotel mainly because it had a parking for our car and seemed in a good central location and easy to find. It is in a very good location for visiting Granada but it took us 2.5 hours to find this hotel even with a sat nav. We eventually gave up trying to find it or a parking place and left the car in a very small underground garage. We then walked until we found the hotel. The hotel is very clean and pleasant but if you have a car I would recommend garage parking in the suburbs and a taxi to the hotel.

Great location roght in the heart of the city. but very hard to find from the map. provoded. Down a very marginal one way street with a barricade the hotel had to electronically remove. Not that easy when we are holding up the traffic and horns are blaring. Suggest better instructions on the website re travellers with vehicles.

Although we had paid for B & B we were told there was no breakfast , we did a deal and kept the room for a late checkout at 6pm The hotel is very close to all the bars, cafe's, Alhambra etc and near the bus stop for the airport . The room was overlooking a side street of bars so it was quite noisy at times, but this was outweighed by its excellent location. We had a wonderful weekend and Granada is a beautiful place to stay. Even better is the fact that each time you order a drink in bar they bring you tapas for free !

The location of the hotel is on one of the most beautiful squares of the city with easy access to the airport bus. alhambra bus, cathedral, shops, entertainment, bars and restaurants. We had a wonderful spacious room on the square with the view of an alhambra tower. The room was huge with LCD satelite TV, fluffy towels and traditional architectural features including moorish wall tiles. The view was amazing from the balcony. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel and prefered coffee and bodadillios al fresco in the square every morning. The staff was polite and helpful. Overall this was a wonderful hotel to stay at, we would definitely recommend it to anyone especially for the price offered on venere.com

the location is good. the room is good and its price is appropriate. the breakfast was expensive, so I didn't have it. "a 2 minute walk to the Alhambra" is not accurate. "a 2 minute walk to the bus station for Alhambra" accurately. a woman stuff was very warm-heartedness. a man stuff was a little irresponsible. "Palace Alhambra" is great!!

The Hotel is centrally located on the Plaza and very close to Alhambra and the Cathedral. Everything is walking distance. For a holiday, this is a a perfect place to stay with lots of eating places close by. The Hotel staff are extremely friendly.

My room was very clean, comfortable and the whole building was pleasantly warm. The small reception desk was not particularly welcoming, but staff were polite and helpful. The only downside was the extremely noisy building work taking place in the building adjacent to the hotel. Okay with windows closed, but unbearable with the windows open. Unable to comment on breakfasts, as I took breakfast at one of the numerous outdoor cafes, which were much cheaper.

This Hotel is on the main Plaza in the center of the old city. You can't get any more centrally located. Steps to all major sights and practically next to the park that leads uphill to the Alhambra. Fabulous location. Getting to this plaza it a little tricky on all the one way streets if you are coming by car. Also the plaza is primarily a walking zone with taxi and street car access. We did not see any public parking near by so used the hotels garage which was 19ec per day which was expensive however we there only 2 days. The rooms were clean and spacious. It was noisy one night due to a party on an adjacent roof top so we closed the window and turned on the airconditioning. Hotel is surrounded by restaurants and shops. Great price.
