our first night we arrived we stopped by the checkin desk and we had to wait 40 min to get our room all because "we werent in the system" then we finally got to our room to find out that it smelled, almost made us throw up. so we found a local store and purchased some air freshner. we came back to a wet floor because the air conditioner had been leaking. our tub had hair and a dead insects in and around the the whole room. the morning we woke up to a phone call that would inform us that we had to leave. HOwever, we weren't supposed to leave until the next day, they got it settled. But, it was beyond an annoyance. THan, we decided to eat at the restaurant located by the hotel, but unfortanetly they were shut down for plumbing issues. The stay was overall, a dismal...

It's NOTHING like the pictures. It's dark, dirty, nothing works. II'm afraid to take off my shoes. There are stains on the furniture and bed cover. Just go somewhere else. can't even describe how disappointed I am except that I do not usually take the time to write a review. I did this for you!!

It was in Down town. The hotel did not look like the picture at all. The hotel was Okay, however the rooms with the double bed did not have enough room to move around in.

My stay with them was not very good putting it nicely. First off I booked the room based on the area and the look of the hotel. Which the picture were drastically altered on there website. Here is a list of complaints. *Room is ridiculously tiny for the amount off stuff you shoved into the room. *The confirmation email below states there was a computer in the room. (there is no computer in the room) *The email below also states a phone in the bathroom. (No phone in the bathroom at all) *DvD player in the room was also listed. (No DvD in the room) *Tv remote would not order movies. *Hot Tub in the pool area would not bubble it was broke plus it was not clean (floaties all in it) *Elevator was dirty and smelt. *Bathroom was a little grimy *Outdoor hot tub was broken or just not turned on *Told the staff about the computer they said no we don't any computer in the rooms just the public access machine which you can use (well the public access machine was down and apparently they didn't know) *Told them about the DvD player not being in the room (well we can send one up to you later if you want). Told them thats ok if we can rent movie from the TV (well sure you can). *Called and told them we were not able to rent movie they said they would send someone up 1hr later no one came. So I went down stairs to tell him and he said yes I have it written down we don't have a maintenance person here to help yet. I start to wall away and he asks for my room and what exactly was wrong and that time I seen him write it all down (so he didn't when I called) *Came down later to suggest maybe I had the wrong remote and thats why my tv wouldn't rent movies and he said yes that the wrong remote but we don't have a maintenance guy here yet. I will send him up asap, but you can take this dvd up and a movie we have in the back. We said sure we will get it on the way back from hot tub (which ended up to be a waste of time), but we were so disgusted we didn't not and just went to sleep and lef

We booked this hotel through an online travel agency and specifically booked two beds. The person at that checked us in was incredibly rude and acted offended that we'd used an online travel agency to book. We were given a one bed room and told there were no two bed rooms available. We were told that maybe they could move us to an appropriate room the second night and someone would follow up with us right away. The single bed room we were put in was horrid. The A/C didn't work, the room smelled awful (it reeked of cigarette smoke and mold, was supposedly a non-smoking room) and the walls didn't dampen any noise at all. After a night of no sleep we went down for our much vaunted breakfast and it was a complete disappointment. A few cold bagels, some slimy scrambled fake eggs and lukewarm juice. A less than average continental hotel breakfast. Since no one in the hotel ever followed up about our new room we went to the front desk where the person on duty had no information about our needing a different room. When she looked at the computer she was able to give us a two bed room room right away, which according to her was available the day before and she couldn't understand why we weren't put in it in the first place. The second room was better, the A/C worked and the air wasn't foul so we decided to take the room instead of finding another hotel, which had been our plan if we'd had to stay in the same awful room another night. A mistake, we should have left. The rest of our stay did not improve.

The hotel seemed run down, there is nothing newly renovated about this hotel. Friendly staff, but the hotel was not very clean and very outdated.

Friendly staff and great location. Minimal noise from other guests. This hotel was comfortable and the staff was great. The continental breakfast turned out to be a hot breakfast that wasn't too bad as far as hotel breakfasts go. I stay in hotels often and am often irritated by being able to hear other guests - but this hotel was quiet as far as other guests were concerned. The freeway noise was very loud.

Front desk staff really rude, rooms dirty and run down, not cleaned well, A/C doesn't work, elevators take forever. No security at all. Keycard stopped working, guy at front desk acted like it was our fault and didn't bother checking id, just gave us new keycard when we told him room number. Anybody could have come in our room. Hotel nothing like in picture, nearly ruined our vacation, switched to a different hotel it was so bad.

I guess we got what we paid for. The hotel was old not anything like the pictures it shows. There was road construction in the parking area and hardly any place to park. Elevators were slow. Vents were hanging over the pool ready to fall. Almost slipped in the shower, no slip guards, not enough towels. Will not stay there again.

This Hotel is rated by online travel website as a 3 Star and I am sorry I have never stayed in such a 3 Star Hotel as bad is this.

If this is considered indicative of 3 star hotels, I will definitely choose 4 stars in the future. All of the furnishings were shabby, throughout the hotel, including bathroom ceilings and sinks. We were switched to another room after the first had a flickering bathroom light and no maintenance person was on duty over the holiday weekend.

The breakfast was great! The doors did not have safety locks and the TV remote did not work. The hotel was located in a not so great neighborhood. The free breakfast was really good. The pool was dirty. The front desk tried to bring up 4 remote controls for the TV. All four did not work. The closet door was off track and very dangerous for children to be by. They ran out of towels for the pool area. I would not recommendthis hotel.

We spent one week here because it was close to UNM Hosp. Its an older hotel but was very clean; desk clerks were very nice; shuttle was much appreciated because it took you anywhere within 3 mi. radius. Close to interstate but the noise wasn't really that bad at night. We had great view. This is a very good value for what all you get. The free breakfast was excellent - the works. Also there is BJ's Rest. which was excellent. Excellent location - not far from Old Town.

I stayed here on alittle getaway with my boyfriend. we enjoyed the stay overall. Staff was friendly, checking in and out was easy. we loved the view from the room, loved the balcony and the complementary breakfast was really good.

The breakfast in the morning is one of the better serve yourself breakfast I have seen. Everything around the hotel seemed top notch, until you walked out on to the grass which was primarily weeds and dirt. Beds are comfortable and clean, the carpet has been updated since the last timeI stayed here and it is much nicer.
