Very cozy hotel, had most of the amenities that the chain hotels offer; very friendly staff made the experience very enjoyable... loved the bar and restaurant area.

I like the atmosphere of the hotel. I didn't like the showers in the hotel. It was hard to get the right water temperature in the shower. I liked the old fashion atmosphere of the Hotel and the food in the restaurant was delicious. The service was also very good.

The Plaza Hotel in Las Vegas, New Mexico was a great experience. Its historic value cannot be matched. Everything was great from the food, room, location to New Mexico Highlands University......could not have asked for a better place and will stay there again on my next visit to Las Vegas.

History that went with the hotel. Terrible bed. Fun experience but I would not stay again because the bed was very old and uncomfortable.

Very well maintained for being over 100 years old. We had a pleasant overnight stay which met all our needs. I thought they offered everything we needed such as breakfast; lunch, etc. as well as a lounge for our return. I loved the rustic feel.

Classic antique atmosphere/very high ceilings/beautiful decor. Staff at front desk were less than sociable.
