Location is excellent and the view from the terrace could not be better.Very close to old town and beaches.Staff rather impersonal compared to other hotel staff during holiday. At core it is a business hotel and works well at that level but you come away slightly disappointed. Rooms were cleaned regularly and there is an adjacent car park but at a steep price. The hotel claims a link with a local gym but this is misleading and staff had no real knowledge of it.Nice is however a wonderful destination but for a leisure break seek out a hotel with a little more charm.

We spend a week at this hotel every autumn. Always the same room on the top floor (with a terrasse overlooking the sea). We'll be back next year!

nice, large rooms, clean; girl at front desk fouled up our taxi requests twice (out of 2). Expensive buffet breakfast was below average in both quality and quantity.

Our room was adequate and the bed comfortable. However for a 4* hotel it was extremely old and shabby and in desperate need of decoration. In the bathroom the basin was cracking up and the shower screen did not fit and had to be held open with one hand whilst showering! The bedroom was devoid of any decoration or colour and was depressing to stay in. The bar prices were outrageous and there were no adequate loungers in the roof area. We would never stay there again.

The rooms were not of four star quaility. The restaurant and bar were good. There is a good Irish pub near by called Ma Nolan's. It shows all the irish sporting events.

The bathroom was old and stinky. The room was small and not clean at all. The name of the hotel is not respected in the services I found there.

Reception employees were a bit snobby.

The Hotel ist perfectly located. There is also the possibility of parking the car nearby (in the underground parking of the Meridien). We did not know that and parked in the Massena-Parking (75 Euro for 4 days). The employees are ok, but not extraordinarily friendly.... The hotel itself is just perfect, but not very cheap. But it's all worth it.

the most disappointing hotel of our trip. the room was in horrible condition, was the noisiest room in the hotel due to the music upstairs on the terrace. the view was beautiful and the only thing that made the stay bearable.

Excellent location. We upgraded to a deluxe room which had a lovely balcony & great sea views. Helpful staff.

Well positioned but if using for a vacation probably not worth the high costs.Booked a superior room with balcony to front and definitely would believe standard rooms o/p. Very good b/fast but again extra 18 euros and no tea/coffee making facility. 5 nights,4 breakfast one dinner approx 1,000 sterling so is expensive with little other usuable amenities in hotel.

Very nice weekend stay, perfect location, quiet surroundings (in spite of location on the main road), perfect view and well managed garage service, reception staff of very high level, little bit lower level personnel serving breakfast.

La posizione dell'albergo è strategica. Centrale e vicino ai migliori negozi nonchè all'isola pedonale ed al mare. Le stanze standard e le finiture delle stanze non sono proprio al livello per un 4 stelle di questo tipo. In generale non è male.

Location of hotel is great. Very accessable to all parts of city and nearby cities by bus.Right off the Promenade. Lack of parking is a big minus for car users.($28.00 a day at garage next door. Our room on top floor (under the terrace rest.) was subject to the noise of chairs being moved in the AM.

We are very disappointed. I stay at 4 star hotels often, because I travel in business and I have never received such bad service for what you pay. We changed one room to a deluxe room and there was no minibar in the room and the air in the room was terrible, at least 28 degrees. You could not stay in the room with clothes on! They gave my mother and sister a minibar without anything in it, alhough they checked the minibar every day. It is not ok to wake you up and check the minibar at 09.30! That should the cleaner do when she/he cleans. My room, a normal room, was ok for the price. It had a minibar and the air was ok. The breakfast was very poor. We complained to the receptionist about the room and to the lady who worked at the breakfast room, but she did not react so much. The breakfast was a bit better the last day, but not as you expect from a 4 star hotel. I will also complain to the manager at Boscola hotel Plaza, Diadji Sambe.
