The hotel Pineta dell'Iguana is located between the Ligurian coast's two jewels, Portofino and the Cinque Terre, on a hillside overlooking the old fishermen's village of Cavi di Lavagna, just 5 minutes from the beach. The closest train station is Sestri Levante. The hotel, under new management, offers a very quiet and peaceful atmosphere, a large park, a bar and a restaurant open for dinner (closed on Tuesday) that provides a wide selection of tasty regional and international dishes. All rooms located on the first floor (5) are equipped with private bathroom and air conditioning all other rooms have private shower, washbasins and they share 4 bathrooms between 8 rooms. The rooms are also equipped with heating.
