One bedroom apartments have a king bed in the master bedroom and sleeper sofa in the living room. The two bedroom apartment has a king bed and sleeper sofa, plus a three-person bunk bed in second bedroom (full bed on bottom and twin bed on top). For the comfort of future guests, no smoking is allowed. Fabulous Stay – My husband and I travel a lot (him on business and me along for the “ride”), and for the last year and a half we’ve discovered how much better it is to stay in vacation rentals instead of hotels. So far, Pineapple Place is the best we’ve found by far, and we will be back. We found it to be extremely clean and well cared for. The owner met us on arrival since they say they do not have a traditional check-in. Their office is five minutes away at the town center, but each apartment has a keyless entry system so that our door was programmed before our arrival with a code that we gave them (we loved having our own code and no keys). We could have let ourselves in, but she came to greet us to show us around and get us settled in, which made us feel very welcome. The kitchen had everything expected and more (stuff like a pizza slicer, lots of utensils, storage containers for left-overs and high end pots and pans, attractive dishes). She also had all kinds of cleaning products and a box of kitchen garbage bags under the kitchen sink so that we did not have to go out and buy all that for our five night stay. The only thing they said we needed to purchase when we bought our groceries was enough toilet paper for the rest of our stay (they started us off with two rolls). There was no dishwasher…but we really didn’t need one (that’s why I have my husband)! We felt more than comfortable with other things that were supplied like books, magazines, puzzles and games, stereo system and a DVD so we could rent movies. We found high-quality beach chairs and plenty of beach towels in the apartment, and bought a cheap beach umbrella at the nearby Walgreens, which we left in the apartment for the next guests (although you could rent umbrellas from the concessionaire on the beach). My husband absolutely has to have wireless Internet when we travel, which was provided for free here. The king bed was firm and comfortable, the furniture was pretty and in good condition and the

I absolutely loved this place! It was just like being in your own apartment with a private pool, barbeque, and lounge area. The beach was right across the street and the towels and chairs were provided. The owner was very nice and helped out with restaurants and attractions. The bed and other furniture were really comfortable. It was a real pleasure. I plan on going back next summer!

We stayed the weekend at Pineapple Place and everyting was very special. It is a very private place, unlike a conventional hotel. Everything you need for you stay is provided and the beach is beautiful. The place is more like your own private condo than anything else, without being stuck in some highrise with a thousand other people. We never got to meet our host accept via phone, but she was the most helpful person. She gave us tips on dining, night life and detailed directions. If your looking for privacy, quite and days on the beach this place has what you are looking for.
