It was clean. They did not have a roll away bed we needed. It was clean and convenient.

We stayed 5 nights at this motel and enjoyed our stay. The rooms are very well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. The refrigerator and microwave were appreciated since we were staying for this length of time. We would recommend this motel. The continental breakfast is limited and they did run out of some items by the time we went to the lobby.

We visit family and friends in Fresno. This is the first time we've stayed in a hotel instead of with family. Will definately do this again! Loved the complementary breakfast, clean quiet rooms, with microwave, frig., and coffee maker. The Airport location took the hurry and stress out of rental car return, etc.

Clean and quiet. Room and beds were small. Public bathroom soap dispensers. Quiet and clean room. Room was a bit small for 2 adults and 2 younger children. Public bathroom type soap dispensers in room was unexpected. Overall, a decent hotel for an overnight stay.

Friendly service, great showers andcomfortable beds. The Piccadilly Express was conveniently situated within walking distance of the Fresno Airport and was very clean and comfortable. I can say I had one of my best overnight stays in quite a while.

Facilities provided microwave and fridge, reasonably priced with excellent accommodations, great security. No complaints. NA See #13. Because my wife and I so enjoyed our short stay at Piccadilly, we look forward to hotel discounts and coupons as we frequently conduct business in the area. We will recommend you highly to our friends and associates.

Complimentary continental breakfast was a nice convenience. The restaruants at the adjacent Piccadilly Airport served up quality Real food. The Steak & Anchor there served Killer Steaks!
