Having to introduce coins in the elevator I think the most negative of the hotel. The size of the dining room are not adapted to the use of so many users in such a short time

From the moment we walked in the door we were treated as very important people. The walk from the Train station wasn't bad and the attractions were not far considering how spread out they are. The room was comfortable and we were surprised with a card congratulating us on our Honeymoon which I mention when making the reservations. The AC worked well. The Breakfast was nice though the room is a tight squeeze of tables. The staff was helpful in making tourist plans though one bit of information was off from what was told. The group tour that picked us up at the hotel did not take us directly to the Vatican which we were told by hotel staff. We were taken to their office first then the tour guides transfered us to a larger bus after a little wait. The hotel staff did arrange for our breakfast to be available earlier than the usual time listed in order to make the tour pickup time. We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Picasso overall and would stay here again.

Impeccable pour notre WE prolongé.

Wunderful nice hotel close to Via Nazionale - not far away from Bus station Termini! Perfect, because the "importaqnt Bus No 64 to go almost everywhere" stops right at the corner Via Venezia (Hotel) and Via Nazionale! We will come back!

Staff was excellent. Stay was great - the only concern was that the rooms were fairly noisey.

Location is pretty good, but hotel is poor and not as attractive as it looked in the pictures. Breakfast room is very tiny, you can hardly move. There was nothing else served only dry rolls, cookies and cappuccino. The TV didn't work or had bad signal, a fridge in the room didn't work at all, neither did the safe, and one morning all electricity went out... However, staff was nice and accomodating.

It is a very central hotel, a bit expensive if we look to the services it provides, just bed, shower and breakfast, very continental one ( coffe, toast, butter, jam, orange juice, etc. In general I recomend it to young couples who don´t want to go to a hostel and share a room, and at the same time to be in the city centre. Thanks Philip, your information was very helpful.

Rezeption ist aufgeschlossen, hilfsbereit, jederzeit erreichbar; zentrale Lage, Bus- und Metroanbindung, Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, Bahnhof Termini zu Fuß erreichbar; Frühstück samt Raum sehr karg, Zi/Bad sehr klein, ausreichend für 8 Tage Urlaub, Betten bequem, sauber.

The hotel is well located, close to shops and restaurants. You can walk to the Forum or St Peters if you are reasonably fit. Staff were particularly helpful when my wifes bag went missing at the airport. Giorgia made several calls on our behalf which was greatly appreciated.

A great location! The room was small but clean with everything we needed. Fridge in room was fantastic and staff were very helpful too!

Hotel room is conveniently located and all staff are excellent. Main negative is that what was supposed to be a double bed was actually two single beds. Quality of the shower was also poor.

The hotel was in an excellent location,10 mins from Termini and walkable to the major sites. However our room was just off reception(there are only 8 rooms)and was very noisy as the front doorbell could be heard quite clearly in our room when other guests returned. Also being on the first floor the traffic noise was very evident. Also breakfast was adequate but very limited.

The room was clean and the size was practical for a typical sightseeing weekend. No english speaking/music channels available on TV. The breakfast was OK compared to other hotels I have stayed in Rome.

Hotel was hard to find as it was poorly marked. Owners husband accompanied us to our room and reeked of liquor. Air conditioned did not work and the fan provided was old, noisy, and did not work properly. Bathroom was crowded with 4 fixtures and we bumped into one or the other many times. Maid never made up room till nearly 4pm. Breakfast room was very crowded especially on Sunday. Room was noisy. Every time you used the elevator it cost 10 cents Euro. Over priced for location and services rendered.

Good hotel for the price; good value. One side of the hotel borders an unexpectedly noisy street, so a room on that side with the window open at night means lots of noise. We selected a double room with a king size bed, but ended up with a triple (for no additional charge), so we had a bit more room. The breakfast was included and simple but good: rolls, breads, jams, cheese spreads, cereals and milk, 3 kinds of juice, coffee, cappucino, nice server. Rooms were cleaned well during our stay. The hotel is about a 8-10 min walk from Termini. No large sign you will see from the street; you have to be almost right in front of the hotel to see the name. 24 hr desk that will buzz you in via intercom. The hotel is actually on two split floors, the 1st and 5th above ground level. ALSO, Venere says air conditioning is included and the rooms have A/C units, but on arrival in the room we were told that it was broken and not sure when it would be fixed; and it never worked throughout our stay. We were there in mid-September though, so not unbearable.

First off do not use the hotel safe. We put quite a it of money in it and 1200.00 Euro mysteriously dissapeared. I'm talking about the safe at the front desk. Our room safe did not work. They refused to call the Carbinari's into investigate and basically told us tough luck. Nice huh. The info on this hotel is VERY misleading. The lift did not work, heck it wasn't even installed. The air-conditioning did not work either. And no internet connection available. Whom ever was cleaning our room each day just LOVED going through our luggage too. By the way as a retired Police Officer I was not at all happy with how this situation was handled at all. Please think twice before staying in this Hotel.

we stayed for one night - and it was the perfect place to crash after a long and busy day - great location - so very friendly - the rooms were small and the bathrooms were tiny but the bathroom was recently redone and we did have a tv and ac.
