Expanded continental breakfast & newspaper perfect! Nothing. All staff was attentive & friendly. Comfortable beds & down doves. Clean & easy access, weight room, spa & indoor pool made it great!

Fresh, clean, bright and attractively decorated--even the artwork on the walls is several steps above similarly priced places. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast in a cheerful setting. The location is nothing to write home about--the only view is the Home Depot across the street--but there's easy freeway access. The room was quiet, the beds extremely comfortable and there was no "squeam factor" about the blankets or covers.

The hotel room was spacious and accomodating. If you're just travling through this is a decent hotel to stay at - beats a motel any day! The room we stayed in had occupancy for 4 but only had 2 twin beds.

I was delighted with this hotel.. from the gracious desk staff to the room layout, comfortable bed and thick towels. The continental breakfast was a step above the usual, including fresh belgian waffles, eggs & sausage. Everything was clean and well kept. Kudos!

The bed was so very comfortable. Our heater made too much noise; front desk wasn't too helpful about it. My sister and I stay here when we go to the Oregon Country Jamboree (country music festival) 30 miles away. We love it. The only reason we wouldn't choose to stay here would be the commute between the two towns late at night. The beds are the best. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed at the Phoenix Inn in Albany. This was a very nice place, very clean, room was nice..bed very comfortable. I have stayed in Phoenix Inn other places, always the same...can count on them to be nice.

Easy access to interstate, large, comfortable room. Nothing. The hotel was directly off the highway with easy on/off access. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The bed was quite comfortable. Although the coffee maker initially in the room did not work, I left a note for maintenance and they replaced it right away. A Denny's Restaurant was located right across the street that offered delivery service.

The room was really nice, clean, and comfortable to stay in. I especially liked that they were dog friendly. I felt the pool looked a little dingy. It should have been cleaner. My husband and I were very happy being there and would return when we go to the next dog show.
