Great restaurant in Shula's steakhouse. Great lobby services, they almost always had something cool in the lobby like food samples from the restaurant, bottled water, philly pretzels, candy etc... Not a great business center, in fact a pretty poor one.

Iloved the room and the beautiful view from the 17th floor. The pool hours and a lot of the children weren't supervised. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Needed good rest & asked for a quiet room. Got 1 near elevator. Asked for another. Said there were none. Possible, but was a Fri night, and garage was practically empty. Elevator traffic noisy. Did not get good night's sleep. Not happy about this experience.

As stated it was our 40th wedding anniversary. We chose this hotel because our daughter was very sick in hospital in Philly but we still wanted to celebrate! The staff was very, very friendly & when they saw us toast each other they gave us a complimentry dessert. The rooms over look the Skullykill River. There were walking paths to enjoy. The service I would rate as higher than a 10!! The gym & pool area gave us a great outlet to reduce the stress of our daughter's illness The gym area was clean all was in working order and there were complimentry ice packs & cold bottled water.

Cleanliness, bed comfort, large room, large flat-screen TV. Parking charge. Comfortable and pleasant. Non-smoking throughout (always appreciated!).

Convenient location. Fully met expectations. Pool and spa looked old and stained.

Very comfortable hotel. Elevators were down in the morning. Short drive from Philadelphia, very clean and reasonably priced hotel. Shula's restaurant in the lobby with an excellent menu. Was a great experience.

Convient internet and exercise equipment. Located near fast food and highways. The hotel has full services with complementary newspaper, ice tea and coffee. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Rooms were nice and comfortable. Hotel was nice but and the room rate through Priceline was good but I was a little surprised that after the were committed we were charged and additional $24 to park.

Very clean rooms. Room layout awkward, shouldn't have to pay for parking. Overall not a bad stay. Short overnight for a morning wedding nearby, hotel was clean and bed was comfortable. Arrived just after the restaurant had closed. Paid almost as much for parking as in hotels downtown-- pretty unreasonable for that area.

Location very convenient. Clean, efficient and easy to park.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Unreasonable charges for parking, internet service and breakfast. This hotel is really for business. They are the ones that can afford to pay over $12.oo a night to park in the garage, $12.00 a day for internet service and almost $12.00 for a continental breakfast. We would not go to this hotel again. If you stay here be prepared to pay for any extras.

Modernity of building. Slightly too stuffy atmosphere and while I travel for business, working on high-end architectural renovations for HGTV. I am not a suit and tie business traveler, and place needs some warmth.

The bed/pillows were very comfortable Coffee pot located behind the TV. Spacious rooms that are clean and pretty.

Quiet room, sitting area. Very busy. We were very pleased with the quality of the room, especially when the price was so reasonable. The room we were given was quiet and far removed from all the busyness downstairs.

Great Hotel, location is not so great, right next to a busy train line.
Date of Stay:

Good lobby, free coffee and treats, upscale look throughout the hotel and restaurant. Charge of $12.95 for wireless, way too high, should be free. Liked all the features I used - room, lobby and restaurant.

Pool was excellent. The Lobby was wonderful and so was the staff. Air conditioner was not working in the room but that was resolved. All adjoining rooms are double beds. No king size ones. Would have preferred a king size bed in our room with an adjoining room for our children.
