I just wanted to say how much my husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Pheasant Hill recently. I chose that location as I had stayed there last October and found it to be a wonderful hotel. During our visit, we realized that the hotel had changed from the Best Western chain, but everything was just as nice as before, right down to some of the familiar faces I remember from my previous visit. The hotel was wonderfully clean, teh continental breakfast was as always suburb, with great attention paid to both friendliness and supplies. the front desk staff was polite and helpfuland very welcoming.I look forward to my next visit.

It was very quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable for the price. They served a hot breakfast every morning. The Centennial Trail was very close to the hotel.

My family recently returned from a ?getaway? to Spokane in which we stayed at the Pheasant Hill. I wanted to send you a note to thank the hotel staff for such a wonderful stay. The rooms were very clean and well kept. The little extras such as the hot breakfast, cookies , and soup made our stay something special. The kids enjoyed the pool as well. I will make it a point to tell my friends about the Pheasant Hill. Thank you for such a pleasant stay! We will be back soon.

The Hotel was right off the main highway. Easy to access. The Staff was very helpful and Friendly. It was rainy out and they had warm cookies and coffee. Ah... hit the spot. The room was spacious and clean. The morning I ate breakfast at the hotel it was limited menu. Overall I would book at this Hotel again.

The staff was really friendly, particularly the night desk man and the breakfast attendants. The hotel was very quiet and clean. My only complaint is that I came back later than my wife to have breakfast and a lot of the food was gone and not restocked for those of us who were late eaters. I would stay at this hotel again.

The Pheasant Hill Inn and Suites was very nice. It had a large pool and hot tub, and a small, but adequite fitness center. Everyone was very friendly, they had cookies and beverages all night, and a very nice continental breakfast in the morning. This hotel is only about twenty minutes from the Northtown Mall, and the Airport. There is an Applebees right on the corner, and a lovely park just a couple miles away. The room was verycomfortable with a microwave, and frige. It also had a nice office area in the room, and a large sitting chair in the corner. Overall I would suggest this hotel to anyone who wants an inexpensive hotel, that is family friendly, and close to all of the sites.

I stayed here the night before taking an exam in the Spokane Valley. It was a great place to study. Location is handy to the Valley, mall, food, etc. The staff treated me well, had a great breakfast available, and checked me in and out quickly. A great experience!

I loved that the hotel pool was 24 hrs. I was also really impressed with how comfortable the beds were. I usually have trouble sleeping in a new place but I slept very well in this bed.
