Excellent choice of location on C/Serrano, close to all the major shops and a short stroll from C/Prado for all the museums. Internet worked well, calm service, chilled day and night. Recommended.

If you want to shops at high end boutiques, this is the location.

This modern style hotel was also very comfortable. The lighting was good, everything was clean, and the staff went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. The only thing they could possibly do better is change their 15 euro breakfast buffet into a free continental buffet.

The hotel (which is part of a large chain of "high tech" hotels in Spain) was very central and located right next to Serrano metro station. The rooms had a modern feel with some funky touches, however it was really small with only just enough room to get down the side of your bed. On the upside there was a flat screen TV (no cable though) and a laptop with full wireless connection which was included in your room price. After being charged enormous bills previously on business trips I thought this made a nice change. The bathroom was clean and modern with a fantastic shower. Overall it was a nice hotel, just a bit small and lacking in atmosphere.
