This hotel is the most expensive hotel in Flores, by far. DO NOT STAY HERE. It seems very nice but the staff is FAR from helpful. There are tons of hotel in the center of all the excitement of Flores, over the bridge, for half or even a third the price that are just as nice. Wish we had known before we wasted our money. Expect to pay at least an extra $30 for additional hotel expenses, and I don't mean tax. This is highway robbery. The staff is clueless about giving you recommendations about the area. They say they'll research and get back to you and they never do. If you call to check in on the response, they'll talk around a real answer. The best help we got was from an elderly woman running a little shop down the street. The towels had bugs on them. There was a bug running into our room from the hall. The pool was filthy with bugs floating in it. The only thing impressive about this hotel is the lobby with it's glass doors and chandeliers. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
