Apartments Peri- a new built stone house is located far from the urban noise in the centre of a small picturesque place called ilipi in Konavle region. Being in the area rich in culture and tradition, filled with serenity and diverse natural fragrances will charge you with overwhelming positive energy. You are at all times given the possibility to indulge yourself by choosing between unique rocky beaches, just within few minutes by car or just take a stroll through the pine forest, not to mention the visit to historical towns of Cavtat (cca 7 km) and Dubrovnik (cca 20 km) and the whole variety of excursions and delicious local cuisine. What makes ilipi even more inviting is the vicinity of the International Airport of Dubrovnik (cca 2 km), that largely contributed to the tourist development of this region over the past decade. We hope that this blend of the old and the new, the gorgeous landscape and the spirit of the local people will satisfy all your needs. The house consists of 4 modern furnished apartments. Each apartment has cca 60 square metre, capacity 2+2 persons and consists of a hallway, bedroom ( air conditioned), living room with double sofa bed ( air conditioned), completely equipped kitchen, bathroom and shared terrace suitable for outdoor dining and overlookig the forest. Each apartment has its own parking place, internet connection and SAT TV. Outdoor swimming pool, deck chairs and sun umbrellas are available in period May - October. The house can be rented as a whole providing an ideal accommodation for larger groups or for families or friends who wish to enjoy holidays together (up to 12 persons) or each apartment can be rented individually ( up to 4 persons)ilipi is unique location to spend active or passive holidays, to relax in peaceful village surrounding and excellent place to explore whole region from. Local beach is within walking distance ( cca 20 min walk), or 3-4 min by car. Tennis court ( just 1) is 400 m away; horse riding and ATV safari 4 km away; fishing, sailing, tennis courts, gym, water sports ( tubes, banana, jet ski, parasailing -parachute, skiing, for children= aqua jump), diving and diving curses, boat renting, boat excursions etc is 7 km away...Post office, restaurant, grocery store, hairdresser, ATM, caffe is 400 m away.
