the minute I set foot in the hotel I imediately felt relaxed ,they upgraded my room which was a very cozy room ,i would recomend this place to everyone .

We were able to check in early which was nice and the staff incredibly pleasant. We received an upgrade to a back corner ground floor room overlooking the backyards and driveways of adjoining houses. If this was the upgrade I can only imagine what we would have gotten without the upgrade. The room itself was spacious, natural lighting was dark due to the overhang of trees on the back of the building but the bed was comfortable. Major downside is the building is old and the walls are thin so we were kept awake most of the night by neighbors getting up and down to the bathroom and voices which could very clearly be heard through the walls. If we stayed again would request a room on a higher floor and in the front of the building which is absolutely lovely. It was good for the money but not what we had expected.

The hotel is conveniently located in Oak Bluffs, not far from the ferry terminal. It is at the edge of the cottage district and everything is within walking distance. Our only complaint is that the breakfast part of B&B was disappointing. The chocolate chip cookies in the evening almost made up for the breakfast.

The Pequot was in a quiet location in Oak Bluffs only 5 houses from the beach and a short walk to all the hustle and bustle of the downtown area
