in the restaurant a daily breakfast buffet is offered for 7,50 € per person Our house is situated in the middle of the quarter Potsdam-Babelsberg, just 1 walking min from bus/tram/suburban railway stops. The house is close to the Babelsberg Park, the movie park, Weberplatz (market), shopping, banks; and only 5 min away from the city centre of Potsdam. (Sanssouci, Cecilienhof). This comfort-inn has a total of about 40 rooms / units, single, double, deluxe rooms, triple, quadruple, family apartments for 2-6 pers. (2 rooms with Bath/Shower), 2 room apartments with bathroom and kitchen fully equipped at affordable prices. All with TV , most of them with free Internet and Phone (only germany calls). It is also possible to rent a whole floor with large kitchen, 1 apartment (2 double rooms) with large bath room for 4 persons, and 1 double room with own bath room and large kitchen as holiday flat or in case of long-term stays. Prices for the whole floor: For 7 days 150,- Eur/day (extra beds are available). Special rates for longer stays example 1 room from 550, - Euro p. Month, 1 room apartment with kitchen from 750 p. Month, -, 2 bedroom apartment / bath from 900, - per month ) (Depending on season and availability. German-Italian restaurant, open from 8 am to 23 pm.
