The Pennywise is was a nice place for the money,not expensive and if you don't plan on staying in your room all the time. They had little amenities,4 bars of soap and 4 cups, thats it. No coffee maker, no ice bucket, no hair dryer, no iron and no radio/alarm clock. Very quite location,for it being located next to the Marine Base. The staff was very nice!

Location, very easy on and off the freeway access. Most vending machines out of order. The hotel was a bit out of the way. The room was clean and had all you need at no extra charge. I felt safe and would stay at this location again.
