| We (family w/3 teenagers) had a wonderful time at Pelican Bay. The staff was very helpful, the rooms were lovely and very clean, the views from our balconies excellent. Great location just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shop and a mini market. Really, our nicest hotel experience in Greece |

| This is a very nice hotel with very nice rooms, pool and breakfast. The only thing that detracts from the overall stay is the quality of service, it is mediocre at best. Would not cost anything to gear all the service or comments to the customers to be positive and friendly versus what goes on now. They need to visit the Santorini Princess and take a look at what first class service looks like. Would not take much to train personnel to really make this a very special place to stay. |
