The hotel is located in the south of the Philippines, right on the white sandy beach in Samal island, only 40 minutes by boat from Davao City

International Airport.

The hotel offers a variety of water sports, swimming pool, windsurfing, hobbie cat, scuba diving, water skiing, speed boats and pedalos. Hotel recommended guests to take the early fligths to Davao. Please provide your flight schedule to hotel that they can arrange free of charge round trip airport and boat transfer. Boat schedule : Davao Marinia to Resort - 0800/ 1330/ 1600 & 1800 and Resort to Davao Marina - 0645/ 1000/ 1300 & 1600.

The Maranao Restaurant features delicious Filipino and International cuisine with fresh seafood specilties. Enjoy cocktails at the Parola Bar with inspiring views of the sea and nearby islands. Or perhaps, you can get romantic and order for a customized dinner under the stars or on the shore.

The hotel has 17 Hilltop rooms(Balay Houses) which are located on the hillside overlooking the bay and the lush forest. The "Balay" which means "home" in the local dialect are hotel-type buildings furnished with native materials and decor. The rooms are air-conditioned, equipped with mini-bar facilities, hot & cold shower, cable TV and telephone. All rooms have a garden view and most rooms have a panoramic view of the sea from the verandas. The Balay garden situated in the area is a suitable place for picnics, intimate events and even just lazing the day away.

What are your breakfast options?: Our breakfast is continental and it can be served in buffet style if the total in-house guests are 50 persons above; but if not, it will be family style. It starts from 6:00 am - 10:00 am.
