Very friendly and extremely professional with a very kind and courteous staff. Excellent and highly recommended at a very affordable cost.

THe hotel was close to the inner harbor and lots of restaurants, the only issue was parking. You have to pay a large fee for the hotel or park on the street and possibly be towed. I would totally come back again.

We were on a trip to visit colleges in the area. The hotel was just perfect. Wonderful beds, quaint decor, quiet and really lovely. The fitness room is small but adequate. Staff was great. Just a nice hotel.

Good for the priceline rate. Nice location and friendly staff. The room had a slightly stale smell and the windows couldn't be opened.

This was my first stay in Baltimore. I didn't really know the city and since there were like 3 conventions and the Virgin Music Festival that weekend, hotel choice was slim. I was allowed to check in very early. The staff was very firendly and helpful. My room was much smaller than expected and I had a view of a red brick wall about 5 feet from my window. The property was further away from the inner harbor and other sites than I thought from looking at the maps. Also, it was a trek to the nearest metro line. I live in NY so I'm used to walking to trains but these were spread out. The hotel would be excellent if you were visitng friends that lived near by or had business close to the hotel. Room service stopped rather early. The bathroom was huge. Almost as big as the room.

Very secure. The only option for parking was valet, cost $29 and to get 2 beds instead of one costs an extra $30. Felt very upscale and the room was nice but I was so disappointed with all the extra costs they charged!

the only bad thing i have to say about this hotel is the lack of parking and the rather steep vallet charge. it is however in a nice section of baltimore. the rooms are great and the beds are comfortable.

i was happy with the service. my room had a window facing a building and i could not see out, thats not something that i like at all! the location was ok, i would have preferred closer to the harbor. overall on a scale of 1-10 i give it a 6

Hotel has some character - boutique. Rooms are tired. I stayed just one night. The hotel restaurant was bad for both dinner and breakfast the following morning. I ate at the bar - they had decent hamburgers - but decided to find a cafe on Charles Street to eat breakfast rather than eat by myself in the hotel restaurant. Staff was not well trained for service. The front desk was not exactly friendly although efficient when checking in.

Ambiance; some staff friendly andquiet. Some staff not friendly; not sufficient table space and luggage. I'd stay here again.

Spacious room; classic look. Great location and price. The staff was very polite and attentive. Will return to this hotel on our next trip.

Sweet little hotel in the best neighborhood in Baltimore. One meal in the restaurant was not at all up to par. This is a beautiful, small hotel in an exquisitely renovated building in Mount Vernon, the most elegant old Baltimore neighborhood. It has traditional architecture and interior design, large, spacious rooms with beautiful bathrooms in marble tile, many amenities, good linens towels, nice, high quality furniture. The restaurant was of ambiguous quality: my meal was adequate, that of my traveling companion was poor quality food poorly prepared and sloppily presented. However, to the staff credit, the meal was replaced at no charge. Small matter, but a telephone call to the desk late at night, when we had hunger pangs, resulted in the delivery of simply the best pizza I have ever eaten in my life!

Great walking parks nearby. Room was very handsome and comfortable. One-way streets made it difficult to find at night

Good comfortable beds and pillows. $30/night to park in hotels. I was taken aback by to parking situation. $30 per night to park your car in the hotels lot.

The location was well in reach of the event we attended. Prior to check in we were told that there were not any deposits or taxes. Later to find out that there is a car parking tax and room deposit. Other than the expensive parking, the hotel was okay.

This is a nice hotel with good proximity to various venues. Parking is an issue, and could should cost less for guests. Our room, somewhat overheated (we turned it off when we could not adjust the thermostat, could have called the front desk but didn't), was nonetheless extremely comfortable and "roomy". It was winter, of course. Security is not an issue, and the medicine cabinet is well-stocked for emergency travelers' illnesses. Thanks.
