The Payday Condominiums are located 3-4 blocks from the base/plaza area of the Park City Mountain Resort and across the street from the new Silver Star Lift at the Park City Mountain Resort. The condominiums are conveniently located on Park City's free transportation route and adjacent to the cross-country ski trail.
The condominiums offer three- to four-bedroom condominiums. Guests have access to the Three Kings pool, hot tub and sauna facilities.
Gold rated units will receive housekeeping every other day of the guests stay. All Silver rated and Bronze rated units will receive one midweek clean for stays of six nights or longer. Guests have to check in for their Pay Day Condo at the Three Kings front desk located at 1500 Three Kings Drive and have access to the Three Kings pool/spa area. There is a three percent reservations fee added to all reservations with stays from November 2 - April 12. There is a three percent reservations fee added to all reservations with stays from April 13 - November 1. The price includes the property's resort fee.
Once you've arrived in Park City: Proceed to the Three Kings condos located at 1500 Three Kings Drive in Park City Utah 84060. In the middle of the complex, near the pool area, you will see the check in office at Three Kings. The office is closed April 17-May 26 and Sept 5-Dec 5 so you will check in via the lockbox attached to the exterior wall of the building to the left of the entry door. Inside the wooden cabinet, youl'll find the metal lockbox. Enter the lockbox code, turn the knob and collect your check in packet with keys and the condo number that has been reserved for your stay. If you have any questions, please contact our Reservations office at 435-649-5100 x 2 (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm). Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. PayDay guests will check in at the Three Kings front desk, located at 1500 Three Kings Drive in Park City Utah 84060. The Three Kings front desk and pool/hot tub area is closed from April 17 -May 26 and from Sept 5-Dec 5. All guests will need to check in via the Three Kings lockbox during these dates. Please contact our Reservations office at 800-245-6417 at least 48 hours prior to arrival to obtain the lockbox code at Three Kings condominiums. The Reservations office is available Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm.
