The location of the hotel is perfect! In general I liked the hotel; I was nicely surprised that my room had a balcony! The staff was nice and le petit dejeuner was good. Cleaning service could be better but it was not so bad to spoil my good impression. I would recommend this hotel to others and would stay there again myself.

Another stay with these friendly folk. The area is still being cleaned up, and being close to Gare Saint Lazare you are always going to get a bit of noise, but the hotel is fine and handy the breakfast good and there are good bars and restaurants nearby to compensate for the in house evening fare

A great location to explore Paris from. Hotel is typical Parisian, small and charming. Expect slight noise (after all you are in a city).

This is not a new hotel as stated! It should be rated a one star hotel. The room was very small even for a European hotel! The hotel surrounds a garden restaurant and the noise is unbearably loud. Everything echos. Used soap left in the bathroom for us to use. Every time we passed the desk people were complaining. Very disappointing. Would not recommend. Only good thing was good location.

The location of this hotel is really good especially for the 95 Euros a night we paid. Put the hotels air conditioned system only works in a few rooms. First they gave us a non air conditioned room, but after protesting, we got a semi air conditioned Smoking room with two beds. We had to hold our breadths all night. But after we told them the next day that we are going to check out bacuase of the above said concerns, they did give us another room with double bed with a fan for a air conditioner. Good thing atleast it was non smoking room.
