The staff was very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The location was great. The only complaint was that there wasn't a shower, just a bath, not sure if this is true for all the rooms! Would stay at this hotel again.

I stayed all the days very comfortably. Every stuff was very kind. But the breakfirst was not so good because it was very expensive.

The aircondition was broken on our room. We got no information about this when we checked in. The room temperature was over 28 celcius, even with all windows open. Got a fan from the receptionist, but that did not help much. Small room, and our room was a dobble superior room. But, this aside, a nice hotell

Advertised as having air conditioning. Ours did not work for all six days and the hotel would not or could not fix it. Same with the in-room refrigerator. With the windows open the street noise was unbelievable. Venere.com also did not respond to a request to assist with the matter. Suggest avoiding this hotel.

Experienced a bit of a problem at check in when we were given a key to an occupied room. However this was quickly sorted out.Bedroom size was just about adequate,as expected in Paris, although the bathroom was reasonably spacious.Staff generally v good, other than the"gentleman" in the breakfast room who was not helpfull. He had two speeds, very slow and slow. However breakfast was satisfactory and €3 less than the venere quoted price. On the other hand reception was very accomodating to an extra 90 mins occupancy when checking out. Overall a happy experience in a centrally located hotel.Location beside the follies Bergere was an unexpected bonus and made for a bit of life at night without being noisy.

Being a family of 4, we really appreciated the spacious room and the view towards Montmartre. Located at the top of the hotel, the room was very quiete. The only minus for the hotel, was the very narrow elevator and the tiny breakfast room. Still, it was worth waiting for a table: breakfast was perfect and worth the money (assortment and free service buffet were just perfect). The area was quiet and provided a great choice of restaurants.

I'm travelling to Paris 2 times a month, and it is clearly the best hotel I have ever been compare to the price.

Nothing was too much to ask for with this hotel. The staff were fantastic and as soon as they knew i was asking my girlfriend to marry me that weekend, they pulled out all of the stops to make it a weekend to remember. Thank you so much! The hotel itself was nothing fantastic, it was the staff that were special.
