We stayed for seven nights, and first were given a room that had only a light shaft/view and smelled very bad! We asked for an upgrade to a room with a street view, and were extremely happy the hotel obliged. Suggest if booking here, to book a room with a street view. Very enjoyable stay.

The hotel was OK, but... Why is it that a 3 star hotel cannot oil the hinges of their doors? 1) Go to the store. 2) Buy a spray can of lubricant. 3) And fix your *extremely* loud doors. It's not difficult.

Excellent central location and helpful staff. However, we booked a double room with a double bed, but given a single room with a double bed - the bathroom was too small for two persons.

We choose this hotel because of the location proximity with Opera Avenue and Louvre Museum, but I became very desapointed with the rooms, that are so small, the staff is very unpleasant and the air conditioning in the rooms doesn´t work. I can´t recommend to anyone.

We have visited this hotel before. Once again we have found the staff polite and welcoming. The rooms are small but clean and the position of the hotel is perfect for sightseeing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

THe hotel was very good and the staff were very friendly. We had a reduced rate due to the time of year. I would never have paid the true amount of 260.00 Euros a night. It was not that good.

We enjoyed our stay at the Rivoli. Although the rooms were quite small they were clean and confortable. The hotel is well situated for sightseeing within Paris. If we return to Paris again we will certainly consider the Rivoli for our stay.

The hotel was real easy to find.On arrival the front desk was quite friendly.Unfortunately we got two single beds and the aircon was not working. The next morning we were moved to a room with a double bed and a beautifull view of the street in front of the hotel.Traffic noise was no problem. The hotel is very well located-near to the Louvre and metro, yet still private.Must mention very friendly night staff. Will stay there again if we ever visit Paris again!

What a great hotel. This has to be the best hotel i have styed in in Paris. Great location- 5 mins from the Louvre! Excellent hospitality- no request was too great. Brilliant room- high floor with windows that open out onto a lovely street. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a hotel in Paris- i will now always stay here on my return.

My first impression wasn't great--the hotel is on a narrow little street and they place looked a bit seedy. But as we explored Paris, I realized that the hotel and the area were actually quite typical. By the end, everything I had at first thought was a bit sketchy suddenly seemed quite charming. It was hard to rate the "spaciousness" of the rooms so I went for a neutral score. They were tiny BUT that is to be expected in Paris so it shouldn't be a knock against the hotel. The staff during the day was quite knowledgable and welcoming and helpful but the evening/night staff was a bit surly. The location was excellent. The breakfast biffut was quite nice but definitely not worth 15 Euros/person.

when we arrived our stay appeared to be cancelled by your organization. Thanks to the employees an alternative was arranged immediately, although they didn't seem to be responsible. So the service was excellent!
