It was quite inexpensive, no problem to get a parking spot and WLAN access was included.

I was nervous about the area when I first arrived, but I took an evening stroll through the neighborhood, found a small park nearby, and had absolutely no problems throughout my stay. The motel is only minutes away from the beach and several area attractions, and the staff is friendly. The room was clean, though it is small. I got the impression that some of the guests stay for extended lengths of time, but my trip was only a couple days. Did not need anything more than a place to sleep while exploring Venice Beach and Santa Monica, and was not disappointed in that regard. I am planning on staying there again.

The mangement staff were so friendly and accomadating and available at all hours. The location is great, right up the street from the beach and the bus stop is nearby as well. I will definatley be staying here on my next trip.

If I had a view of the room prior to booking I would've booked elsewhere, but for the money it was cheapish.

This was an inexpensive hotel in an expensive town (Santa Monica) that was appropriately small and not in great repair. I got what I paid for, no complaints. I even could park with no charge and no other hidden fees after I showed up. The only funny thing was he didn't have my reservation from Orbitz. I gave the on-duty guy a copy of my Orbitz page and we'll see if they honor that rate on my check-out charge (made after the fact 'cuz I left early on Wednesday).

the motel is very well located, for the price you pay is more than worth. room are essential, but nothing is missing. they are not fancy, but clean. the staff is super friendly, ready to help you (they gave me a twin bed instead of a mat. and they did not charge me any extra) and they have always good suggestion on where to go, etc. for young travelers, or people who are looking for the perfect location in LA at the cheapest price, this is the place where to go. if you are looking for many services, luxury, and so on, is better to check something 100$ more expensive.

The Pavilions Motel was a cool spot.I would certainly stay there again.The room was kinda small but it didn't matter because the point was to just sleep there and enjoy our days outside.The staff was super friendly.I look forward to staying there again.Its also in a great location and there is a park a few blocks away that my daughter enjoyed.
