During our stay the staff could not do any thing more for my family. We had a problem with our Ac on the first night but the staff had a repair team in the next day while we were out, the AC was working when we returned but was not cold so they moved us in to a room opposite immediately. Although the menu was limited we certainly enjoyed the meals we had there & breakfast was always very good. We had a bus & driver from the resort for 2 days, the first spent looking at the normal tourist things, Elephants, Tigers & the Bridge ETC and the second was to attend the ANZAC day dawn service at Hellfire Pass followed by the morning service in town. The bus was new & the driver was excellent, he gave us information on all of the places we visited that was clear and concise. We had him join us for lunch on day 1 at the floating restaurant in town, he ordered the food for us & ensured that we received a discount at the end. If you are interested in a place to sit back & relax in the pool or watching the river flow by from your balcony this is the place to go. English is not of a good standard but if you are happy to take your time & in some cases write it down they will get the message. Our only regret is that we did not stay in Bangkok first as after our relaxing laid back time at the Pavilion we found Bangkok to be a major culture shock & a dirty rat race.
