Very nice hotel travelling with 7-year boy, nice private pool, Villa was lovely Balinese style. We were at October 2008 and was quited in the hotel, which was good. Family from Finland

When we came up the steps to the open air lobby, I was greeted by name and provided with a delicious glass of fruit juices and a cold towel. We were treated like royalty, in room massages were fantastic (and inexpensive) and I truly miss dialing #6 on the phone to call for the cooked to order breakfast each day! All room service was delicious and variety of fare was good. The rooms were lovely, villa grounds were beautiful with private unheated pool (which felt really good; the first thought in my mind was to wonder why I had not spent the entire previous portion of my life right there) and access to a larger, heated, shared pool. The local wildlife was ominpresent with frogs and butterflies; there was a gecko in my bathroom but I got used to it. When our friends arrived the next day, the staff situated them across the way from us so we could visit easily. Staff even connected us with a great driver who took us safely to and from many wonderful sights. Only concern was that the bathtub & pool steps were very deep, which was a challenge for older guests in our party. Upon departure I was truly sad to leave and look forward to visiting again soon.

It's the best villa i ever tried. We are like a "King" there. The staff were very friendly, cheerful and best of all helpfull. For everyday breakfast, there will be one chef cook for u in YOUR villa. That was Great. And the food presentation A*.... The Room Sevice Was Quick Even In the middle of the night. My Friend and i were in the buggie to the lobby, along the way we pass few villa staff e.g the gardener, what surprise me most,they stop what everthing they are doing and they greet us!! WOW!! Overall For The Staff i will Give Perfect 10..!! Excellent..!! I never Been to such a Friendly place before.. The Pool , Rooms and Cleaniness is Excellent too. There are too may things to write about the greatness of the villa. My evert trip to Bali, i'm going to stay there.. U should try it..
