Well when I made the reservation I didn't see nor realize that I had not checked that I wanted a non smoking room. So when I got there, the manager told me that I had a smoking room. I was a little annoyed that I had made that mistake but I accepted it. Upon arriving at the room I found it unmade and the smell was horrendous from the smoking. I went to get the manager and he apologized and got me a room that was ready as well as a non smoking room. This I thought was an excellent gesture on the part of the manager.

Friendly staff, good water pressure and hot water. Refurbished nicely, clone of several on this strip of highway, quiet and good sized fridge for a motel.

I can't remember when I last paid so little for a room. And it was very clean, nearly new, and well maintained.

We decided at the last minute to go to Atlantic City for July 4th. Of course all of the casinos and boardwalk hotels were booked, and this was one of the few places available with a non-smoking room. It was a disaster! Here is a list of what we found so distasteful: Clerk did not have our reservation and kept insisting that we had ordered a jacuzzi room, which we had not. When we finally got to the regular room we had reserved, it had no blankets---just bedspreads over sheets; tiny bathroom with a cracked toilet seat; large stain on carpet; threadbare towels with strings all over them; mini fridge with freezer compartment so badly in need of defrosting that we could not fit little blue freezer packs from our cooler inside; remote control for TV did not work; beds squeaked so loudly that we were awakened every time we rolled over in our sleep. Oh, and almost forgot to mention the enormous black spider that awaited us when we returned from dinner---sitting proudly atop the hideous bedspread! Clientele also left a lot to be desired, as we were privileged to overhear two shouting matches (involving two different sets of drunks) in the parking lot. We will never, ever stay there again! Even the lowest of nationwide chains is several steps above this place.

My gf and I stopped by to visit Atlantic City; we chose this place because it was $24/night and a 10 minute drive to Atlantic City. Given how cheap this room was, we thought it was going to be a roach motel. We were totally wrong. The room was clean; furnished with a good size flat screen TV, a dorm fridge, and a microwave. The room wasn't perfect: the towels were a bit abrasive, the bath mat was just a paper mat, and the shampoo packets were very difficult to open. If given the opportunity to stay in Atlantic City again - I'd return to this hotel no questions asked.

Poor service, staff, and overall room amenities. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff was rude, the room was average, and the TV picture quality was extremely poor. We had a new TV brought into the room, but the manager couldn't get it set up.

Large room, cracked toilet seat, not very fresh smelling. Lysol saved the day. Cleaned everything myself and was ok about it as the price was very good i thought. We Will return.

Just a nights lodging on our way to our timeshare in Atlantic City the next day. Considering the charge, we didn't expect much more then to have a clean place to sleep. The reason that I wouldn't recommend it to others, is just the lack of the basics: 2 very small bath towels & 1 face cloth, paper bath mat, no tissues, no coffee pot and a very old mattress, (when you sat on the bed, it made a sound like a whoopie cushion) maybe it is made of horse hair??? Between the noise of the mattress and the thin walls which aloud us to hear the terrible swearing etc etc of our neighbors, we didn't get much sleep. There are many other motels in the area (which we have used in the past) that charge the same price, but give you more for the money. Most include a continental breakfast.

It was a modest hotel relatively near Atlantic City. The light in our bathroom didn't work and the TV remote was missing. The complimentary breakfast was very meager.

Friendly staff, decent rooms, cheap rates, close to Atlantic city. No pool. This family-run establishment was a steal total cost with tax and fees on a weeknight. With proximity to Atlantic city this place is great for business travelers, gamblers, or the like. It isn't best suited for families, and I say that because of its location on a busy highway type road, lack of pool, and lack of amenities that would be of interest to this crowd. If these things are not important to the traveler, or you're looking for a center point close to the NJ shore, this hotel/motel is for you. The family that owns and operates the business is exceedingly friendly, and willing to help guests with whatever they require for a great stay.

i enjoyed the stay there and the room was nice and the price was right. the only problem was i had a smoking room and no ashtrays . the room was clean it was not to far from the casinos and the traffic was not bad at all and there was a flea market across the street on saturday and sunday mornings.

The jacuzzi was nice. They didn't clean the rooms each day. The room when we came in was nice, the furnishings were attractive and it seemed clean. On further inspection there was mold spots growing on the walls in the bathroom and it could have been a bit cleaner. We stayed there for 3 days but had to ask for clean towels even though we were gone from the hotel each day for hours at a time. The room was never cleaned, trash not emptied, bed not remade up with fresh sheets and such. A room with a jacuzzi should have at least 4 clean large towels a day. We had to ask for them and have the manager run them down to us, further inconveniencing our stay. Maid service the first night was cleaning the room next to us at 9:30 pm on the first night so I know they have one. It just could have been a bit cleaner.

Check in was easy. The room was a good size. It was clean and the bed was good. Sheets and bathroom clean. Fridge and microwave both worked. A great deal. Many fast food places nearby, Mc,Kfc Pizza etc. Denny's a short walk for breakfast. Overall a very good night's getaway.
