It was close to the falls. There was gum on the chair. when we got there, the floor was dirty and needs to be cleaned up a bit. I will not stay here again, if I was not with other people I would have been scared to sleep there alone.

There are none, if we could have left, we would have. Rooms were not the cleanest and outside of hotel was awful. One look at the hotel and we were ready to leave! It looked awful outside and in the lobby and the rooms were shabby! Very dissatisfied!

Air conditioner noisy. Convenient location yet very poor room. Air conditioner is old and noisy, the bed is uncomfortable. It does provide microwave, refrigerator and cooking plates though.

Worst I've ever stayed. They started to offer breakfast at 9 a.m. when I started to check out! The owner was friendly and kind a lot to help me to travel in Niagara Falls. However, overall experience is not good enough to stay again in this inn. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

It was clean and tidy, close to a restaurant we wanted to try. Parking limited. Room looked exactly like pictures on the internet. Staff very helpful and accommodating. The hotel was very close to the attractions that we wanted see and go to.
