THis trip was part of our 25th wedding anniversary. The photo on the website looked much nicer than the actual property!!! Not sure where they got this photo. Stains on carpet, pictures on the walls were faded and warped, vinyl toilet seat - how clean was this??? We stayed away from our motel room as much as possible and felt ripped off by the price with little amenities.

For the money it is a pretty good value. A few blocks from the boardwalk and stores. The pool was kind of small but decent. MAKE SURE YOU CALL AHEAD TO THE HOTEL AND CONFIRM YOUR RESERVATIONS. I saw a few people denied rooms cause the online booking didn't go through to thier system.

I reserved a room at the 9th street location of this hotel. I had a conformation number and everything. Once I got to the hotel they did not have a room for us but offered us a room at another location. Advertised at this location was "ice machine on third floor." There was no ice machine. The room had crumbs of food everywhere when we walked in. There were not curtains, just broken mini blinds. I asked to speak to a manager b/c I had alredy paid, and the staff said they don't have a manager around and gave me a phone number. My call was never returned. The staff was completely unprofessional and nothing was as advertised. Since our door was broken there were flys and other bugs that got in. Do NOT Stay here!!!

Front desk friendly. Toilet bowl not cleaned. Youth-oriented guests in buildings surrounding main motel. Noisy, vulgar language late (after midnight) and early mornings (before 6 a.m.). Happened both nights I stayed. Not worth complaining about, since this is a resort for youth and families.

When we booked a room at this hotel, all of the reviews were very good. Unfortunately, we failed to notice that they were also very old. The room obviously used to be a smoking room. The decor was shanty, things that are usually supplied by hotels (hair dryer, room phone, shampoo/conditioner) weren't provided, someone else's water bottles were under the bed, there were dirt streaks on the walls, ants instantly swarmed around a fly that we killed in the room, it was incredibly noisy, the air conditioner dripped, the maid service never showed up...must I go on? We only stayed for two nights so it was tolerable, but we will never stay here again. Only consider staying here if you plan on drinking yourself so stupid that you're not aware of the nastiness you're passing out in. Though very dirty and smelly, the room was a decent size and only a short walk to the beach.

The description did not say the location was on a different street. The address listed here is for the front office, not where people stay. When we got the the motel it was dirty and moldy. As soon as we walked in, my throat started becoming irritated from the mildew, making me sick. We did not even put our things down, and left in less than 5 minutes. There is no way I could have spent the night here. This looks like the type of place you can rent by the hour, or for people who like to drink and party and just have somewhere to pass out. The rooms were very small and the bathroom was discusting. It was so small, and covered in mold. The window in the room would not shut. I would never recommend this motel, nor would I ever come back. We tried to contact the manager, and they were never in the office (or so they said). After 2 weeks of leaving messages and multiple emails that they suppossedly check daily, we finally got a call. They were difficult and disagreeable. We finally got a refund for the second night, but had to pay for the first night even though we never stayed there. If you ever need to talk to a manager, NEVER ask for the manager, find out thier name and ask for them directly, otherwise your calls will be avoided.

This was a horrible place from the moment we drove in the parking lot. There was trash and throw up looking garbage in the parking lot. We checked in and were on the second floor. We almost fell through the stairs. The room smelled soooooooo bad!!! The refrigerator door was open and there was melted ice on the floor so the carpeting was soaked. There were little holes in the wall in the bedroom and no tv remotes for either tv. The tv in the bedroom, above the bed, was hanging from the wall and looked like it was about to fall right on the bed. The shower was disgusting, a loud squeaking noise sounded when you turned the light on. The room was just very uncomfortable. We didnt use the pool at all and I found out later it was closed at an earlier time in the year due to health violations, so I'm glad we did not use it. We were not even there 30 minutes and we checked out and went to a different hotel. The bad part was that there was NO REFUNDS, so we are out that money. We feel due to the uncleanliness and poor maintenance we should have been refunded in full or at least half. Also they called the morning, when we were supposed to check out, and asked us when we were going to check out and we told them we left the day we checked in, and they had no idea that we were not their. This place is truly a dump and just plain DIRTY. I would not recommend this place to anyone. NEVER GO HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!

i was there for the firemans convention rest of the family was there for fun rooms could have been better. would not stay at this motel again

Where do I start? Entering one of the buildings they had, they was hardly any light through the front. Rooms look really small. There is a sink IN the bedroom at the END of the bed. Bathroom was really small. Walls really don't keep the noise level down. You can hear others partying and and stuff. We actually had to go to the store to buy our OWN toilet paper and soap and other necessities that we thought hotels usually provide. Pool was off limits do to health reasons.

As soon I opened the door to my Parrot Lagoon condo, the smell of mildew hit me right in the face. It was enough to make me want to vomit. As I looked around, there was grime at the bottom of the bathtub, the refridgerator had rust all over the side and the door connecting my room to the room next door had no lock!! It was late by the time I checked in so I decided to rough it out and sleep there but I refused to sleep under the covers so I used my beach towels as both a pillow and a blanket. I only stayed two nights and spent close to four hundred dollars, I feel ripped off! I guess this place would be okay for younger kids just there trying to get drunk but I was just trying to have a nice weekend getaway. I hope to be refunded but who knows. Do not stay here if you like clean, safe places. I checked out a day early, I couldn't stay another night.

I would stay there again and have recommended it to my friends. It is very assesible to the boardwalk and all major entertainment.I was very happy with my stay there.

This hotel was very comfortable and clean. It was in a great location for us. We stayed doring Endless Summer Cruisin and were able to sit on balcony to watch all the cars cruise around. We are looking forword to staying again.

We liked to stay in this hotel. The location was very close to shopping. I had opportunity to cook some brazilian food. We did not like when the sink in the kitchen became blocked. The sink was full of water and could not run. The stove was very old. We could not find ice nor mold to make ice in the refrigerator. Sorry about my English ( I am learning). Sorry to write you late.

It was Ok for just a weekend but wouldn't want to stay here for a full week. Bathroom small, lights did not work. I would only recommend to a friend if they just wanted to get away for the weekend. The price went along with the room, so we couldn't expect too much more. We were not in the room enough to worry about anything. We would stay there again if just the weekend.

the room itself was clean and had a kitchen, but way too big for two people. Air conditioner was loud and rattled in the middle of the night. Also loud slamming of neighbors door was annoying. Overall good place if not looking for luxury. Spent most of the time on beach and boardwalk anyways.

I just wanted to get away for the weekend the hotel was very comfortable and easy to find. The staff was very friendly and keep my room clean daily which is hard to do whenever a busy 3 year old is involved. I am already making plans to go back this summer with my large family. I would definetely recommend this spot to all. Visit with them and enjoy your stay I certainly did.
