The Parque Mourabel Apartments is situated one kilometer from Roman ruins and a golf course. A 20 minute walk away is the marina which has shops, and provides nightly entertainment in its restaurants and bars. The property provides a courtesy bus to and from town center, marina and Falesia Beach. Faro International Airport is approximately 20 minutes from the Parque Mourabel Apartments.

The apartments of the Parque Mourabel Apartments have modern decor in subtle tones and pine furnishings and all have balconies with pool or garden views and kitchenettes with refrigerators. In addition they are outfitted with satellite television, bathrooms with bidets, telephones and Internet access are available from the reception.

The Parque Mourabel Apartments was built in 1980 and renovated in 2003 and has 190 apartments spread over 3 buildings. Included in the facilities are a lobby with 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange facility and lifts. In addition, there is a small supermarket, a bar and a restaurant, Internet access, a laundry service, parking facilities and bicycle rental.
