Welcome to Parque Espana Residence Hotel, the first residential hotel in Alabang. It is situated in the business district in the southern part of Metro Manila. It is within walking distance from the shopping centre and the entertainment areas. Moreover, it is close to the Asian Hospital and to the technological parks of Laguna and Cavite. Recreational spots like hot springs and beaches are ideal for business and leisure travellers. We offer spacious and well-appointed rooms. Guests can choose between 1, 2 or 3 bedroom suites, all of them with living room and dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen. Every guest room is decorated in warm colours ensuring a relaxed and welcome feel. Our restaurant, offering international cuisine, is located on the hotel's rooftop and also a venue for various functions such as meetings, trainings and seminars for about 40 people and for about 80 people during parties. After work, you can relax and enjoy yourself at our outdoor swimming pool or Jacuzzi tub. Business hours of reception:
