absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in rooms were outdated and service was very poor. Restaraunt was great though but the pool facilities a let down. Called the front desk about my television and the maintenance man tried to fix the problem but had trouble, he called his superior by the name of garrad who arrived and i was shocked by his service. He was in a very untidy state and was very loud and arrogant! was very rude to me (being a female) and when he left i could hear him outside talking to someone about me DONT CALL MAINTENANCE! I later laid a complaint but it seemed to have been just swept under the carpet. Very disappointing and I will never stay there again and have told my company to change hotels for functions

worst hotel I have EVER stayed at.

Apart from the small room, the technology was relatively ordinary. For example, the television was small, not housed within a cabinet and insufficiently elevated to be viewed from the bed. Unfortunately, like most hotel rooms, there was no reading light. Many of us prefer to read for a while before putting out the light. This is a real wekness with hotel accommodation.

Great location but hotel is in dire need of a renovation. Rooms are very old and tired, Not a 5 star hotel now, maybe 3 star until they renovate. Service was poor, they tried to charge us for items from the mini bar which we did not use.

I would recommend this hotel . Nothing but praise to all the staff. comfortable and luxurious. would stay here again.

The hotel is a relic of the 1970s. They nickel and dime you for everything. 6 bottles of water, 25 internet, and charges for local phone calls. The rooms are small, need refurbishment, air conditioning control is either on or off. Housekeeping is fair, dust on the skirting boards, and a smokey smell in the hallways. In my non-smoking room you could smell smoke coming from other rooms. I would not recommend this property to anyone, nor will I stay there again. One of the more sorry Hiltons I ever stayed at.

The hotel was very accomodating to our needs. Orbitz screwed up our room, by putting 3 people into a one person room, but the Hotel kindly moved into another room, no charge, and no other questions. The location was great, just a block away from the train station, and short walk from the river view, and the night life scene.

We received a very good price offer so cannot rate it on normal pricing. The only thing we found unusual was that the King room had a tv the size of a portable - we had to sit in chairs near the screen rather than relax in bed to catch a late night movie. Other than that it was a beautiful room.

Had enjoyable 4 days in Perth. Buffet breakfast was included and was excellent-far superior to the usual free breakfasts. Staff was friendly and professional. Location was good for public transportation.

The Buffet breakfast was excellent, delicious, and one of the best that my wife and I have had in a long time. The reception staff were fantastic, the room service was very prompt. The daily cleaning service of the room was done very professionally. I had the best blue vain cheese ever!!!!. I need the name of it.!!!! The whole stay at the hotel was perfect. Thank you so much for making our stay in Perth so much more enjoyable. We recommend this hotel. This hotel is 5 star with out the stars*****

Nice Hotel in the middle of the Business district and a short walk to the CBD. Rooms are comfortable - service is excellent. Lacks a club floor for frequent travellers and pool area is in dire need of a refurbishment.

The rooms need upgrading. I have stayed in most hotels in Perth and I have to say that the Parmelia rooms are awful. I do have to thank "Carole" at the front desk. She was a delight.

Room was very comfortable with full facilities. Parking was not included and parking around the hotel outside is not convenient.
