We arrived at Parkview in our rental car, tired and frustrated from driving on the "wrong" side and trying to find our Hotel. We were also dreading the thought of having to return this car to a location quite a distance away. We were met by the concierge Dave Fountain who took care of everything, from the arrangements for the return of the car, our tours and booking our shuttle to the airport. What a relief to have these "worries" taken care of. Dave was true to his word "No Worries". The hotel was clean comfortable the staff friendly we would not hesitate to recomend this hotel to our friends. If there was an Excellent box I would certainly tick it for service.

The bed position in the room is very odd. The furniture in the room is badly arranged. There is only one bedside table. The other one seems taken out for repair. Hotel did not bother to put another one there for customer to use.

We stayed on the Romance Package (champagene, dinner and breakfast inc) and found it to be great value. Dinner was lovely, they even brought our dessert to our room later for us as we didn't want to eat it immediately! Breakfast was average quality, but sufficient. The room was very nice overlooking the tennis courts and Albert Park Lake. We would stay here again definitely.

The hotel was wonderful and very cool despite heat wave conditions. Staff were most friendly and helpful and it was very close to the tram for a 10 min ride to city. Only disappointment was we had a second floor room right above the garbage bins which were emptied every morning noisily at 6.30 am. would definitely stay again but request a dfferent room next ime.

Staff were very helpfull at all times. We stayed on a weekend package and were still treated as special guests. Dining(particularly breakfast) was satisfying food wise, but honest friendly service was a highlight. Will stay again. Only hope they can open up the roof section. Watched a fascinating game of cricket, while in the pool/spa area. What a view!

Although getting a bit long in the tooth the hotel and rooms we're at an acceptable standard. The fact that it is 4 kms from the cbd didn't cause any hassles due to proximity to the trams service around the corner. We had one breakfast and one dinner and found the food and service very good. Concierges were very helpful. Would stay again.

we had a very pleasant stay, staff were very helpful and friendly having a restaurant and cafe plus room service at affordable prices meant we spent a lot of time at the hotel without having to go elswhere for our meals All in all good value for a lovely long weekend

Enjoyed our stay at the Parview St Kilda Road Hotel - great location - tram stops just outside and also walking distance into the city. Room was very clean and adequate. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend it.

I have rated each item as Very Good and if there were a higher rating I would give that to this establishment. The staff were extremely helpful, pleasant and polite. Cleanliness is a very important item and the hotel rated very well in this aspect also. Our package, whch was well priced, included our food and this was well presented,as well as most palatable and enjoyable. Again the staff were very attentive. I would definitely recommend it to prospective clients

Fantastic easily accessible location with parkland nearby. Very friendly staff who were knowledgable about local transport, tourist destinations, shopping facilities etc. Food and service in restaurant superb. I would recommend this hotel and will definately stay there again.

Staff were very helpful when I needed to seek thre service of a doctor. Hotel is close to the city, but I would dispute 'within walking distance'. The tram stop is nearby and the day tripper ticket which can be used on the tram, train etc was worth purchasing from reception. We only had breakfast on 2 days as we felt it was overpriced for the selection offered, but New Year's Eve Dinner was great. We will stay there again.
