A decent place to stay if you don't really care where you sleep and it's for one night

Quiet convenient. Sauna not working. Okay for my needs. Skied 4 days.

This Inn was comfortable and adequate for the purpose of my family's stay. The room was clean and well kept. However, the noise from adjoining rooms can travel well. I stayed up 'till midnight because the next room had room full of kids who were making a lot of noise! I'll have to bring earplugs next time.

null null The shower curtain is cut off, probably to remove the moldy part, an indication of the quality of the motel. The hot tub is tiny and only warm. On check in no one told us about breakfast, which was pathetic, or about the swimming pool hot tub, or any help with figuring out where best to ski.

Poor service, hot tub, Sauna was not working. Manager did not care, large area of ice in parking lot, no bed side table, no bedside phone. I was there for the MLK holiday weekend. The stay was not pleasant at all. We found out that the swimming pool and hot tub area only was open until 9pm. And hot tub and sauna were broken. The pool was cold. Breakfast only served on weekend. There is no bedside table, no phone at bed side. The room is very small. There area no room for anything else besides the bed in the room. There was a large area of ice in the parking lot. The area did not have enough room for parking. Although there is a parking lot under the building. But due to the icy ramp, you will need a tow truck to get the car out. We called the owner of the hotel. He seems not care at all, saying things do break down just like household appliance. He is saying sorry at all. Overall, we are not quite happy at all. Only good thing is it is close to the ski resort and has a shuttle.

The heated pool was really nice and warm and the electric sauna worked just fine. The spa pool was not working, there was no privacy as one could hear everything from other rooms and the hallway, the room needed painting badly. This would be okay for a family, but I cannot recommend it for anything else.

It was clean and comfortable. It fit my needs. The bed was hard and old. Overall, the room and staff were nice. The hotel was located in a beautiful city and was very quiet. The complementary breakfast wasn't the best, the bed was very uncomfortable.

Location, free breakfast, clean--a surprise, really. Tight turn to get into parking lot. Near the lake, very close to the Hyatt, where we attended a wedding reception. Near the forest, near Kings Beach.

There was absolutely nothing to like. This was in my top five worst hotels I stayed in in my entire life. I was completely disappointed in this hotel. I was traveling with my eighteen year old niece and two small children. It cost me 33.50 extra per night to upgrade my room to two beds! The beds were two doubles and the mattresses were so hard and crunchy that my 11 month old baby couldn't even get comfortable. The pillows were flat and a thousand years old. To top that off, there was a wall between the two beds so whoever was on the interior bed could not see the TV. The continental breakfast was far from adequate to feed my eight year old girl! There were bagels but no cream cheese, one kind of yogurt, out of regular coffee, and the office was closed even though someone obviously lives there. Next was the poor location. Hardly any shops or restaurants and at least twenty miles around the lake from anything worthwhile to do. Overall, I would put it on the top five worst hotels for the price, location and services. My vacation was no fun because of this place.

It was not far from the beach. This area only has private beaches. Screen door fell off. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well-tended daily. The location was good, though we were disappointed that there was a fee for all beaches in the area. That was unexpected due to previous experience with free beaches that are no longer free.

Cheapest I could find. Staff recommended the local grocery store when asked about where to find homemade fudge. Room was clean; no frills.

Location, friendly front desk staff, good house keeping staff. Conveniently located to great restaurants and beach (with optional access at an additional fee), Park side Inn offers comfortably-sized rooms in a great location to make any trip to North Lake Tahoe pleasant.

Big room and close to softball fields. Shower is small. Curtain blows into you the entire shower. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We stayed at a different hotel on Friday night and could not have been more pleased that we switched for Saturday and Sunday nights. It was a big room, it felt clean, and it was very quiet. We want to come back again next summer and stay there for our family reunion being held at North Shore.

Location to Tahoe. Bad lighting in rooms. Thin walls. Old bed covers. Dated decor. Rated 2 star, but really only 1. I think given 2 because of its location to Tahoe. Decor was dated, lighting was terribly poor in the room, bed was really hard, bedspread was dated, could hear the neighbors clearly through the walls. Give it points for cleanliness and good front desk service.

The hotel was attractive, clean, and friendly - perfect for the price. The rooms were a bit dark, but that was easily overcome by enjoying the outdoors of the North Tahoe area. Simple accommodation, though very friendly and clean. Very much enjoyed our stay. Room with two double beds was big, with a small partition between the beds for added privacy. Hotel has been renovated on the outside. Continental breakfast was included in price, though it was very minimal. Would stay there again for budget travel to Lake Tahoe.

Room and public areas were tastefully decorated and very clean. Water turned cold quickly when showering in the morning. Even though this inn was an older facility, the rooms and public areas (pool/spa room) were tastefully decorated and well kept. I was especially impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, that is even the window sills were clean. I would definitely

Location was good. Poor staff, below average room, thermostat didn't work properly. Upon arrival at 10:30 pm hotel's front desk was 'closed' and key taped to front door. Was very cold, and room was not heated prior to arrival. Thin carpets.

It was nice to have a hot tub, even if it was only big enough for two. Very small "full" size beds. No queen available. Called to request one queen bed instead of two doubles (one queen is listed as less expensive than two doubles on their rate sheet). Overall, this place is clean but not overly comfortable and there was a noisy drip of melting snow from the gutter onto the cars below all night long that made it hard to sleep.

Always have vacancies. Very friendly & responsive Staff. Wall between rooms are very thin. You can here people talking, (+ TV, shower taking, bathroom flashing, etc) next door. Year Around Vacancies even in high season. Super friendly & responsive staff. Free Wifi! (signal abit weak if away from the main office) Small indoor pool & jacuzzi.Consnoisy, very thin walls, can hear next door people talk (let alone, TV, shower, bathroom flash, etc)* Not a romantic place to stay. Dangerous (very steep & narrow) driveway in the Winter - use caution! Limited parking. Pricier than other local resorts

Awesome location, charming. Slightly frayed around the edges but better than expected for the star rating. With a little work this could be a gorgeous inn. The Park side Inn at Incline is a charming small motel-style establishment about 4 blocks from the shoes of Lake Tahoe. While a little frayed around the edges, it was clean and reasonably comfortable. Rooms are a good size and have pretty easy access. This is one of those places where you look around the room and say "if only it had xx, and yy, this would be a real charmer." If you just need a reasonable, easy, clean place to rest your head, this is a no-brainer.
