The Orchid Club at Parkroyal was fantastic bed was a little hard but could not fault the rest of it.

Certainly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The location is perfect for KL. Close to everything. The rooms spotless and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast is spectacular. Would definately recommend this hotel to everyone and would certainly stay there again. Thumbs up Parkroyal.

The staff were exceptional, went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, even arranging a 3/30 am breakfast, wheeled into the room, for an early departure! Thoroughly recommend this hotel. Our second visit. Very efficient, friendly and enjoyable. Great position too.

This hotel is very central to shopping centres, supermarket, coffee shops, monorail. Very comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, good restaurants.

The location is very good as it is right next door to the major shopping area. The room is exactly how is looks in the photo, generally the room is good with the exception of the bed and TV. We had a two double bed room which was just perfect for my family of 4, however the bed was too soft, whenever the other party turned on the other side of the bed, the entire bed moved as well, also the TV reception was bad, we had the housekeeping to take a look, they said its normal. Having said that the house keeping service is good, we did not have to wait very long for additional shower gel and multiplug requested. Overall think its good value for money.
