| Park View luxury serviced apartment is in an excellent location, only minutes from Malvern Theatre and the centre of Malvern and just a short stroll to the Malvern Hills. It is furnished and appointed to an exceptionally high standard and is a very comfortable base whether you are in the area for business or pleasure. The large loungedining room and one of the bedrooms both have magnificent views over the Severn Valley and gardens, with the front aspect enjoying views towards the hills. The kitchen is Italian design with built in Smeg microwave and oven, dishwasher and washerdrier. Both bedrooms are spacious with large, comfortable beds which may be either zipped together as ldoubles or positioned apart as twins. The spacious en suite houses a large shower and stylish sanitary ware. The main bathroom is equipped with both large bath and shower. In the living room there is a flat screen television, dvd player and ipod docking station. There is a radiodc player in the kitchendiner. The linen supplied is of excellent quality, with large, fluffy bathsheets and Egyptian cotton bedding. |

Transportation:
From the Ledbury - Worcester (A449) from Ledbury turn right onto Abbey Road (signposted Malvern College). Park View apartments are a few hundred metres down the road in a large green and cream painted building on the right hand side.

| Park View is a beautifully appointed apartment . It is close to theatres,restaurants,cafes,shops and the Mslvern Hills . We would certainly return if the opportunity arises . |

| A truly luxurious apartment, what value for money. Clean, well designed, very spacious, beautiful views from window all resulted in a relaxing stay. All mod cons..beyond us technically at times. Would visit again. |

| Beautiful modern apartment equipped with high spec kitchen & bathrooms. Very friendly owner, would'nt hesitate to recommend this centrally located residence to anyone. We were left organic milk & eggs, butter, bread & marmalade for breakfast & she even contacted us before arrival to ask our preference of cereals. I took supplies like fresh coffee/tea etc, but it was all there for you. We found it extremely relaxing, and the views are wonderful. |

| What a beautiful place to stay! Quality, location, convenience and great customer service from Liz. All the convenience of self catering but with local pubs and restaurants close by ( and a Waitrose and Somerfield ). Thanks Liz - see you soon I hope and all success with this apartment!! | We unfortunately were unable to attend due to a death in the family. We didn't inform until 24 before the date and Mrs Hutson (Hotellier) was so very helpful and understanding that we would certainly advise others use this accomodation. You WILL be looked after and dealt with great service. We are ver much looking forward to our next stay. THANK YOU |
