Close to where I was working, walking distance to the parks. Very friendly staff.

The studio was clean and comfortable. Very well positioned between the city and St Kilda right on the tram line, making it very easy to access all parts of melbourne and the public transport was very reliable. My only problem was the 'kitchen' which comprised of a bar fridge, micorwave/convection oven, toaster, kettle and crockery. This was disappointing as i had wanted to cook my own dinner some nights. Apart ftom the this it was an excellent location with freindly staff and comfortable rooms.

Our reception staff was exceptionally friendly with tremendous attention to service above-and-beyond what is expected. Anything from informing us on local events and how-to-get-there. I am much appreciative of their perfect service.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment and the accomodation was excellent. A full kitchen, with 2 full bathrooms plus modern design and furnishings. We would high;y recommend. The hotel is very close to St Kilda and a great base to tour Melbourne from.

I would not stay here again. Reception staff were not helpful and rude at times. Lift, stove and DVD didn't work. Not enough parking, and parking bays were too small, some cars were damaged. Was charged for internet use. Coffee shop food was average and over priced. This was rated as 4 star, I would give it a 2 if that.

The room was very clean except the blinds were very dusty.Also only one pillow each,and some parts of the hotel were very old ,mainly walking from your car to get to your room and the private parking was a extra $12.oo and a extremely tight squeeze but otherwise was fine.Breakfast was delicious. I would stay here again.

The room was large and the beds were comfy, but the walls really needed a coat of paint. It would be nice if guests could purchase tram tickets from reception since the tram stop is right outside!
