My husband and I shared a double room and our adult son and daughter had an adjoining twin room. Both rooms were very clean but the bathroom and shower recess are very small and the water tended to splash everywhere as there is only a shower curtain. Also, the hotwater service is a liitle bit tricky and there were NO instructions as to how to operate it. In the double room it would have been more convenient if there had been a bedside table next to both sides of the bed as there was nothing on one side even though there was space available. This hotel is in an excellent location for visiting some of Sydney's main attractions e.g. Darling Harbour as it is within walking distance. There is also a taxi rank directly opposite the hotel. The staff were very helpful and allowed us to keep our car in the underground carpark for an additional 4 hours at no extra charge. The carpark itself is a bit of a problem to negotiate however. I would use this hotel again because of its location,

The hotel was clean and very conveniently located close to restaurants and train station, Rooms were very small including the bathroom, however, it did meet the requirement of a reasonably priced and clean place to sleep.

Had a small problem regulating the temperature of the shower but the staff fixed the problem very quickly. The hotel is very convenient to both buses, trains and monorail. Will definitely stay there again.

Extremely noisy area. People shouting and screaming in the street. Cars racing up and down all night. Still awake at 4am. Left hotel at 6.30am to return to home base and get some sleep.

Not a quite place to stay as you are in the heart of the city and you hear all the noises from the city streets.

Parking very bad for taxis dropping off or picking up guests. Taxis are required to vacate the street area very quickly. No help with luggage from hotel staff when either arriving or leaving. This hotel is very central, and therefore very noisy at night with ambulance and police sirens, and drunken people exiting from the seedy hotels nearby. The location is great for daytime Sydney.

Great room, not big but adequate, didn't spend any time in it anyway! V clean, even shower curtain was changed during my 7 night stay. Fridge, tea, coffee making facilities, iron & ironing board & TV in the room. No safe. Shower only, no bath. Could not fault it, will stay there again & would recommend it to friends. There was quite a bit of traffic noise (you are right in the middle of the city) but I am not a light sleeper and it didn't bother me at all.

Excellent Location & clean surroundings. Only suggestion - to be prepared to lift your own luggage through the Hotel entrance & lift as the access does not have slope for wheeled baggage. They are stairs.

this hotel is very well situated in central sydney, so it's very convenient for people who come to sydney for the firts time, just few minutes walk to darling harbour, circular quay, china town! but for french tourists, the only receptionist who speaks french is not very keen to speak in french!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very small room. We were there for 4 nights and couldn't unpack our bags as there was only 1 small drawer. Old lumpy thin pillows. Would try somewhere else next time.
