the hotel was just ok. it was clean but in the middle of nowhere and i felt depressed getting there.. no joke. it had this eerie, quiet feeling that i found very disconcerting...

It was ok. When I made reservations, I chose a hotel on Orbitz that said it had a breakfast but then at the desk, they told us it wasn't included. They wanted 12 Euros EACH for each day for Breakfast. Who can eat $20 worth of food at Breakfast? The Breakfast should have been included but I couldn't prove it.

Convenient location. Free breakfast and free wireless lobby internet. The internet was fine, but no free breakfast (it cost 12 Euro per person). Although the room was large for European standards and the hotel was conveniently located next to the Landsberger train station.

I stayed at the Park Plaza with my girlfriend for two nights. The hotel has a calm and quiet appearance which is nice after a long days of walking about the city. Despite not being in the city center, the hotel is located about 100 meters from the Landsberger Allee S-Bahn and Tram stations, which allows for easy and quick access to the city center and airports. The room was clean and tidy, even though we felt it lacked basic amenities like Q-Tips and a conditioner. The staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. They were happy to help us with directions & provide a cork screw. Near the hotel there are a few cafes, restaurants and stores, which are a good solution for the morning's first coffee or snack. All in all, I would recommend this hotel.

I just back to HK today. I spent 3 night at Park Plaza. overal standard is over my expection, clean, tidy, spacious. The location is definately acceptable, only 8-9 min by M5, M6 tram to Alexsandar Plaza, convenience!!!! Highly recomended hotel for buget vacation.

This hotel is a great stay. The staff was friendly and spoke english. They were very helpful in giving me directions and getting a cab to the train station. I never ate at the restaurant. The room was like a normal US hotel room, maybe a little nicer. Strange shower, only one glass pane and water leaked to the floor. But I would not let this deter me from another stay. Wireless internet in the room with a cost. There are a couple of pizza and asian type fast food places around the corner. A petrel station and Burger King across the street. The city train is half a block a away and from there it is only about 8 stops to get to Alexanderplatz. From this square you can get to all the major sight seeing attractions. The Berlin Wall, The Holocaust Memorial, Brandon Burg Gate, Check Point Charlie. I took one of the sight seeing buses. It was 16 euro. Not that impressive but you have the opportunity to see the route. The next day I rented a bicycle and re traced the route and had a blast.

The staffs was very friendly, Metro nearby! The bathroom was very small, no showercap!

It's in the old East Berlin but is only a few tram stops and 5 or so minutes from Alexanderplatz. Hotel itself was great with a reasonably sized room and excellent facilities. Several small restaurants, a bar, bakery and internet cafe within 1/2 block - prices were about 1/2 what we had paid in France. (i.e. beer for 1 euro, coffee and pastry 2.50 euro). Bulgarian restaurant next door was a treasure. Small fruit and vegetable stand at the train station 1/2 block away.

For the price, it was very reasonable, specially on a Saturday night. Close to Oranienstrasse and Torstrasse which has a lot of things to offer specially at night. Short drive and also close to the tram. The rooms are clean, although we were not given the option for smoking or non smoking room, and we got a smoking room. We also got for the price of the room, free breakfast. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is reasonable size and they even provided extra towels in the cabinet.

VERY friendly, helpful staff. Very conveniently located for mass transit lines (get a map of the rail lines). Room was modern, clean, comfortable, and spacious. Good value, would stay there again.

Hotel staff, comfort, convenient to good public transport. Wireless not free, restaurant a little pricey, a little far out. Overall I was very pleased with it. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly; the room was clean and had almost everything I¿ve found in four-star hotels. The hotel didn't have too much around it, but during the day it didn't matter because a transport station was just around the corner.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful; the rooms were clean and inviting. I did not like that the location was not in the center of town, but it was very close to transportation sources. I was very pleased with this hotel and my stay there. I would recommend the Park Plaza Berlin to my friends and family!

Clean, nice rooms. Front reception was very rude, said would only extend checkout time by one hour if we paid 15 EURO. Nice hotel, but being asked to pay 15 EUROS just to check out 1 hour later was unacceptable. The front desk clerk was very rude about it. Really turned me off of the hotel.
