OK for late arrivals or early departures from Belfast International otherwise much like most chain hotels.

I needed to check into the hotel early in order to get changed after an overnight flight into Belfast. The staff was very accommodating. Location was perfect for a short stay in Northern Ireland. Hotel was literally steps away from the terminal. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful.

Literally walking distance to airport. Twenty pound cab ride to downtown Belfast. We chose this hotel for it's proximity to the airport and we were amazed at how close it is and how convenient it was for us to stay there. We only had to be ready to leave 3 minutes before we wanted to be in the airport. It was clean and reasonably priced. The hotel bar was nice and we also appreciated the free business center with internet access just off the reception area. We would definitely stay here again.

Disappointing stay this time around.I would stay here quite regularly with my boyfriend if we are visiting locally or just wanting to get away for a while.I love the Park Plaza as it is a good location and the runway view is great (if you get a room at that side of the hotel).I also think it is very good value for money and normally I would give this hotel 10/10 because everything is such a high standard. However, this time I was disappointed that I was given a smoking room when it stated on my confirmation that I had requested a non-smoking room.Although the room was fine I didn't really appreciate the stench of cigarette smoke although that has to be expected from a room which is reserved for smokers.the towels where dirty, it seemed to have make-up stains from the previous user and there was stains on the carpet but apart from that the room was fine.Not up to my usual standard but it hasn't put me off. Maybe next time it'll be back to normal!

Pleasant Short Stay / Accessible to airportStayed at this hotel for one night before early morning flight with two friends and one acquaintance Had evening meal in Bar which was enjoyable.This was a very reasonable deal we received from www.Laterooms.com and I would certainly use again as it is within very short walking distance from airport and so convenient when our flight was an early morning one Unfortunately we were to early to partake of breakfast in the hotel and this was not included in price paid.

RoomAwfully shabby. Curtains threadbear, paint peeling off the bathroom door. Shower fixture hanging off the wall. Bedside cabinet all chipped. Do not book into room 128.

Unbeatable customer serviceThe staff were so helpful, they checked us into a room early in the morning on the day of arrival. They were all very smiley and helpful, nothing was a problem for them. The rooms were very clean and housekeeping were quiet as mice on our floor as we had the do not desturb sign on the door after a late night and very early flight. All in all I was very impressed as I have worked in popular hotels for over 8 years and not seen the high standard of service that I experienced here.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. The only thing that let it down for me was that the Internet was very expensive and there was only 2 choices on the Menu for Vegetarians, the same 2 choices that have been available for 18 months. I visit Belfast often for work and these points are the reason I will only ever stay here for one night, if the net access was free/cheaper and there was a wider range of food I would stay fot the full week.

Hotel was bright and clean. Food in restaurant expensive and not of the quality you would expect for the money paid. Shower in one of the two rooms we booked did not work. Good value for the Â£70 a night we paid. Safe to walk to from airport - two minute walk- and you could not hear the airport from your room.

Ordered some food to be delivered to my room. The soup bowl was half empty as it had been spilled over the tray. Didn't look good, neither professional. The rest of the soup however was very nice. Sandwich was dry and the crisps which come with it are awful. Generally speaking, it's a nice hotel and very conveniently situated. Good value for Money.

The hotel is right next to the airport and seems like an extension of an airport waiting lounge.There even is a TV showing departure times etc in the bar :-( The hotel is very bland the bar area is just by the entrance and is very cold.Cooked breakfast is an extra 12 pounds so that's very expensive for a sausage and an egg.I would not stay in this hotel again.

Hotel was dated. Restaurant facilities were poor and the so was the food. Breakfast cost an additional 12 pounds- I can easliy get this room rate in superior hotels with breakfast included.

Good rooms. Relatively quiet for being so close to the airport. Tasty food- very fresh. The staff saved my day as my suitcase zip broke just as I was going to fly out. The hotel had a spare suitcase which they gave me! Service with a smile!
